I have just upgraded the software on my ipad 3 - and in order to complete the final section - i need to view the terms and conditions -
but my ipad cant view them - so i'm stuck in this limbo
now cannot connect to the internet

The annoying pop up "new iCloud terms and conditions" banner, which wouldn't allow me to view terms, was cleared by going to General, Mail, and then selecting my email account. Alas, the terms and conditions acceptance pop up allowed me to enter my iCloud password. Problem solved NOTE: this issue started after I updated to iOS 8.0.2 and turning on iCloud Drive.

Since updating my iPad in September, I have not been able to access iCloud. It wants me to review Terms and Conditions, then says that it cannot connect to the server...

Please try the following...
Go to Settings > iCloud > Delete Account (This removes your data from your device, but not from your account, it will be added back later).
Restart the device.
Sign in again (Settings > iCloud, don't use the 'Create New Apple ID' button). -
Iphone4 cannot accept terms and conditions since update
Since update I can't agree to terms and conditions to purchase anything from ap store. Help, very frustrating
I got this from kztn 15: Check your cookie settings. Go to Settings: Safari: Block Cookies: and select 'never'. It worked for me plus when I restarted my phone I was able to get access to the iTunes store again.

Ok so I updated to iOS 7 on my iPod (5th) it let me update my apps but I cannot download new apps thanks to the terms and conditions. Also my iTunes won't start it just blank, I tried everything I need help
Did you download the new iTunes update that was also released this afternoon? That might be the problem. The new iTunes update came out today as well as the new iOS 7 update and if you haven't downloaded the new iTunes update it may be a compatibility problem so if you didn't, first update to the new iTunes and try again.

Hi, I recently updated to iOS 8.0 on my Ipad mini however when i try to agree to the new terms and conditions i get an error message saying either 'Cannot connect to server' or 'Your session has timed out please try again' what can be done to resolve this problem? Also i cannot download anything from the App store as a result of this.
Can you check the Object Security for the Analysis Menu and Export button and see if it is restricted?
Also, is this a Oracle DB? IF so, has the following 32 bit Oracle Client components been isntalled:
Oracle Objects for OLE
Oracle Data Provider for .NET
Oracle Providers for ASP.NET -
Turned on my ipod. Update available. Updated fine, came to accepting terms and conditions and this is where it all went wrong. Stuck, cannot accept and cannot turn off the the ipod. It is stuck on the terms and conditions. Uninstalled itunes on my computer and reinstalled accepting the terms and condition in my computer. Pluged in my ipod, but still nothing. Just stuck on the terms and conditions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Let the battery fully drain till the iPod turns off.
Then place it in Recovery Mode for a full restore. (Setup as new when done)

The update to iOS 7 is frozen at the Terms and Conditions page and will not move, no matter what I click on. I cannot access my iPad as it is frozen on this screen. How do I remedy this nightmare?
Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Then try updating the software again.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
No data is lost due to a reset.

How do I "Launch" Adobe Reader in order to accept the Terms and Conditions in order to view PDF documents? ....Somers I'm using a MAC with up to date software.
Launching is just the normal word in Apple's word for "run an app". You can launch an app from the Applications folder, or in recent versions of Mac OS using the LaunchPad (rocket icon). You can't assume all your apps appear on the dock (bottom strip), it's only the ones Apple put there or you added.

The new (09/19/13) Apple terms and conditions require one to click the AGREE button in order to update the apps; however, there is no such button to click on. Therefore I cannot update the apps on my iPhone. Any ideas?
I was having the same problem, I had to go into iTunes on my laptop and agree to the terms there, and now i can download apps on my iPhone.

have a 2nd generation ipod touch and the screen is severely cracked have mangaged to access the ipod but cannot accept the terms and conditions as the screen is unresponsive where the accept button is. Can i accept the terms and conditions on itunes or any other way? thanks
You can try on a computer. However, If I recall yo may also have to do it an the iPod too.

Hi, I have upgraded my iphone 4s to ios7 and now when I am trying to login to app store, it says "Cannot Connect to iTunes Store". When I try clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" in iCloud, it first says "Cannot Connect" and then the following message: "Verification Failed: the certificate for this server is invalid. you might be connecting to server that is pretending to be setup.icloud.com, which could put your confidential information at risk". My wifi is working properly as I have accessed websites from safari. I reset my network settings too and even reset my password. But none of these get my iphone working.
I'm having the same problem with the iTunes Store...it much be down :(

I have an iPad that will not allow me to accept iCloud terms and conditions. It just says server not available. But on an annoyingly regular basis a pop up asks me to accept term and cond, I go to iCloud and try to but that is when it tells me it cannot connect to the server. Frustrating as I cannot get rid of the pop ups.
Thanks champion! Apple support is useless! Way too difficult to get anywhere with their "support"
