Cant access cs6 master collection and dont have cd with me

I am in china and I am trying to access my adobe master collection 6 and it says i have to register with the activation code and i have resgistered the software when i bought and installed it. what can i do to activate the software without buying it again?

Log in to your Adobe account online and look in your products section for that software you wish to activate. If you registered it then your serial number for activating it should be listed there. Whatever you do, you do not have to purchase again.

Cant get CS6 Master Collection to Install! HELP!!!!!

Cant get CS6 Master Collection to Install. Migrated to a new Mac Pro 5,1 Single Quad Core 3.2, 32GB of Ram. CS6 Apps worked fine until I tried to launch Illustrator. Illustrator just hangs and finally have to force quit. Tried reinstalling it, and the intalller and uninstaller don't work. I've restarted as suggested...same thing. I've use the Adobe Cleaner...no luck. Downloaded the installer again and tried....no luck.
Bunch of errors starting with "DW051". All end with "has changed." I've called tech support and retried all the above...no luck. (Poorest customer support on the planet)
Attached is an image of the messages including the errors. Please help. I'm loosing my mind.

Thanks Manish-Sharma. I found solution on another post yesterday but I tried all the ways listed above again....no results though. The only progress I did make is that the installer does run and finish! Finally got this new result by placing the current Illustrator Folder from the Applications folder into the trash without deleting it. I launched the Master Collection installer and only selected Illustrator for the install. (All other apps work fine) It did install the new Illustrator application in the Applications folder. Then I launched Illustrator and the same thing happens. The icon starts bouncing in the dock, but that's it. No startup screen...nothing. After a few minutes I check and "Adobe Illustrator is not responding" so I have to force quit.
I was on the phone with Adobe support and established a case # 0183688527 yesterday. They had me do the things you've suggested and more with no results. Sent them an update on other methods I've tried last night. They're supposed to get back to you in 24 hours. 28 hours later.....Haven't heard a word from them.
Any more input is welcome. This really sucks.

Cs6 master collection and acrobat XI

I am running CS6 Master Collection and it came with Acrobat X. I have updated my computer to Acrobat XI and now from Dreamweaver when I try to edit a pdf it says the form cannot be edited with acrobat and needs livecycle. This did not happen before. How do I fix this?

deactivating is done by opening a programs > click help > click deactivate.
that's not applicable to cc apps.
to use acrobat x, uninstall acrobat xi, clean and then install acrobat x, Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

I have downloaded the complete CS6 Master Collection trial, yet I would like to try the applications individually instead.

Yes installing only the Illustrator trial would use the trial for Illustrator. If you have installed the Master Collection though then your trial of Master Collection has already begun. I would recommend using the remainder of your Master Collection trial for the moment.

You need to contact Adobe support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations

I have CS6 Master Collection there is an error with PS6 where printing crashes PS6, How can I uninstall PS6 only

This is on a windows 7 PC there is no option to uninstall individual elements just the Master Collection

We have a site licence for Adobe CS6 master collection and need to install onto a 32bit machine

Our printing department use a couple of printers that only run on a 32 bit OS but need access to Adobe software to be able to print the files.

Aside from the video tools, all programs in CS6 are 32bit or have at least still 32bit versions, so I'm not sure what you are asking.

My Acrobat has stopped working. I have the CS6 Master Collection. I have had this happen before and I had to reinstall by whole suite. Is this stil the best way to deal with this?

Please make sure that you are logged in to your system as an administrator.
Let me know the exact error that prompts on your screen while launching Acrobat.

Great !!! now follow the below steps :-
1) Uninstall all the Adobe products ,
2) Run the cleaner tool
Delete the following folders :-
Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe
and then re-install the software.

Many people use a font manager to organize a large collection of fonts, and sometimes these cause problems in ID. You might not realize that the font manager has installed a plugin in ID, but I think you would know if you added any other program extensions to help you work.
Can you show us a new crash report since the 8.0.2 update?
What happens if you start the Mac with the Shift key held down to prevent extensions from loading? What happens if you go to the System settings and create a new user, then restart the Mac and log in with the new user?
