Cant access new portal

I have been playing with the new azure portal but a few days ago it started saying that I no longer have any subscriptions (so all my stuff is gone)
The old portal works just fine still.
I am the admin on the subscription.
How do I get my access back?

Are you sure if you are logging in with the same credentials for
New portal that used for logging into the
Old management portal ? Have you tried in Internet explorer, private browsing ?
Recommend  you to try in a different browser .  If the issue still persists, please share the screen shot of the issue and the windows live id associated with the azure account to check the subscription details.
Also, are you the account owner ? If not you will not have access to the
accounts portal to view subscription details.

    my aim is to create application that will be access by users via network and internet sitting in different provinces

    i got my answer, its a departmental/organisational issue
    they need to put on the production and configure url(after testing the app on test machine )then give the url to outside user to access the app

    Hello trying to install Azure Pack via the following how to

    All going well except when I try open the Tenant Portal - Getting the following message when I try to access the page
    "Sorry, we can't complete that request." with no error or logs in the inetpub folders
    No issues on the SQL server or errors and all virtual servers can see and access each other (firewalls off).  All DNS records are correct and I can access the Admin Portal with no issues.
    Anyone got any clues or where I can check logs as c:\inetpub\any folder shows any error logs

    Anyone have an actual fix for this?  My tenant site was working just fine for a while and now, after no changes to the system, I am getting:
    Sorry, we can't complete that request.  The identify provider configuration is not valid.  Try and re-configure trust with an identity provider.
    I've rebooted the azure pack servers and DB box.  No dice.

    Yes, latest sw, and no updates on apps, that option have never been accessable since i opend the pakage and installed the phone, on last weekend on sumday, so yes it is something wrong, cant access extras+info neither, it must be related to software, they would take the phone and send it to Nokia, that is ridicilous, they should just swap it for a new one when it was that failure out of the box

    a few days ago I successfully put a new battery in my ipod.
    I followed all the instructions and it has worked fine: charges plays all the music nothing weird.
    Then I tried to hook it up to my computer and my itunes doesnt recognize it, windows sees it but I cant access it (says Ipod on drive G). then i went through the process of updating it (2005-11-17) but after a while of attempting to initialize it says "cannot mount ipod". once i click OK it disappears from My Computer and the ipod updater closes.
    i also get this prompt before anything:

    "the drive is not ready for use; its door may be open. Please check drive and make sure that a disk is insterted and that the drive door is closed"
    I did theother 4 R's as well before this and even changed the cable just to make sure. any thoughts???

    There is a possibility that when you plugged in your hard drive, after installing the new battery, it didn't plug all the way in. This is what happened to me. I just opened up the case and made sure that the hard drive was plugged in correctly. after that it worked fine.
