Cant access to window8 store

Hai this is zain and my problem is every time i open my store is display the note that "We
weren’t able to connect to the Store. This might have happened because of a server problem or the network connection time out. Please wait a few minutes and try again."
plzzzzzzzzzzzz......... give me the solution as soon as possible 

What sort of card are you trying to use, debit or credit ? f it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts about them being declined (and similarly for prepaid credit cards).
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

    Hi Mr Lenz
    I had the exact same problem yesterday when i tried to get some music from the store. The same messages appeared on my screen. I just waited for an hour or so and logged on again with no problem. I was able to download music normally. Perhaps there was a momentary glitch at the iTunes store at that time.
    You might try to log on again and see what happens.

    I can't access my itune store through my PC. I have tried removing and reinstalling Itunes,but to no avail. I also tried accessing trough I cloud on my pc but it say apple ID not correct but my Apple ID works on all my other devices such as Iphone 4s and Ipad 2. If I go to Icloud.com I can access my account but can't get to Itune store.

    The apps I currently have are for the i phone and i pad but i would like to see this on this computer
    On the Mac Air launch iTunes. Then connect either the iPad or iPhone.
    Select the iPad or iPhone under Devices left side of the iTunes window in the source list.
    Then select Apps from the menu on the right.
    If you don't see the apps listed there, from your iTunes menu bar (top of your screen), click Store > Authorize This Computer.
    See if that makes a difference...

    For me, whenever I try to open Google play, it says server error. But I can open it in other android phones. I didn't have this problem before but started facing this. Kindly resolve this, Lenovo manufacturer.

    Have you check the following?
    Verify that airplane mode is off by tapping Settings > Airplane Mode.
    Reset the network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note: This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings
    Ensure that your device is using the latest software.
    If your issue is still unresolved, perform a software restore in iTune

  • I upgraded my iphone 4 to the new ios6, my safari, camera are gone and i cant access the app store via passbook.

    Bought itouch on saturday 31.10 and started downloading to it, however, pc crashed and had to start again. I have reset the iphone - but i still cannot get it to connect to our router 99% of time and the 1% it does, it wont stay on for more than 2 minutes and doesnt connect to itunes, safari, apps etc. What am i doing wrong

    What type of wireless router are you using?
    Also, what type of wireless security are you using and how many characters are in the password? You'll want to use a 5 or 13 character password for WEP, as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1344
    You can try forgetting the Wi-Fi network on the iPod touch and then joining it again by tapping Settings> Wi-Fi> the blue icon(>) next to your network> Forget this Network, then join the Wi-Fi network again by tapping it.
    If the issue persists, make sure the iPod touch doesn't have a self-assigned IP address(169.254.x.x). You can see the IP address on the screen when you tap Forget this Network. This article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TA26003 provides details about self-assigned IP addresses.

    Having restored iphone to new iphone to get rid off 10gb off 'other' i have now discovered i cant access the itune store on my phone.
    ive tried re-setting the settings in general, have tried clearing cookies, tried logging out of apple id and back in. tried restarting phone nothing.
    any ideas. itunes store works on laptop but after all the problems ive had im too worried to connect phone to laptop in case i end up having to reset to new phone again

    Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.

    I have problem accessing to the software update or the app store. This all happen after i upgrade to MAc OS 10.8.2 and certain software upate. Now i cant access the app store. Everytime i click on it, it just bounce for a few second then stop. Another issue is 'finder'. I cannot access the download or my folder in 'finders'. Help....

    Yes, if you can follow mcgerbs advice and re-install OS X. There isn't any archive & install selection in 10.8.
    Boot up holding command-r keys into your Recovery Volume.
    The screen should give you these choices...
    Restore from TM backup
    Reinstall Mac OS X
    Get help online
    Disk Utility
    First run Disk Utility Repair Disk, if you get errors run until no errors reported or reports "the disk cannot be fixed". Then, choose Reinstall OS X. This will be an install "in place" and shouldn't effect any of your own data or settings.
