Cant acess bbm on Q10

Something weird happened today. BBM closed and whenever I open BBM , I cant access to it . it is written BBM SETUP
1- Opening BBM
2-Associating BBM with your Blackberry Account
3-you are singed in with the following Blackbeery Id : (my email)
then 3 options
a) Restore Device Switch
b) Restore Using Email
c)Continue
I choose restore using email but i get temporary server error
i have 10.2 OS

Do you have a lot of apps? Did you use a lot of apps recently? If so, many of them may still be resident in memory even if you aren't currently using them. Double-tap the home key and you should see the app tray with a list of most recently used programs. Press and hold the icons in the tray and remove the ones you don't use often to remove them from memory. Powering off and then back on might also help.
My wife's iPod does that sometimes, and it's usually because we run out of memory due to apps remaining in memory even when not used. The suggestion above is how we normally fix the problems.

SInce it is not in the App store I can't check if it is applicable to other than the iPhone. Since the iPod is not a phone it may not be compatible when it is rerelased

Thank you for pointing this out. Might I rephrase that to, go to updates. press and hold on a update. Tap on "hide all updates" and this would clear the existing updates of that person, and blocks all further updates from that user.

Cant backup or connect Q10 to my pc.

I downloaded all the updates for the phone and the desktop.
I plug in my phone to backup but all that happens is a very quick flash of a black window with white writings coming and going away just as fast.
I need to backup my phone to get it repaired. My text messages are taking forever to send out and the incomings are not always coming in...

congratulations as youve beaten my record of being connected remotely to rim for 5 hours.
a lot of the problems are due to i link, its corrupt for some people including me.
when i got my Q10 18 months ago i done a backup with i link which took hours as it would continuously connect and disconnect.
after my phone got wiped by a lock out bug rim connected remotely and couldnt help. they said i link was corrupt and they deleted it (they had downloaded themselves an updated version).
a year later its still on my computer and cant be deleted. ive gone into the depths of my registry and no matter what i try its still there.
i tried downloading blend this weekend as ive now bought a passport and the blend software keeps failing saying it is already loaded with this account but its not its only i link messing with it.

No email or BBM on Q10 help!

hi around 2 days ago i noticed that the small blackberry logo on my Q10 (in the top right hand corner) doesn't show anymore, even so, i still was able to send and receive emails and use bbm but today those have stopped working
Whatsapp and browser works fine but not email and bbm.
what has happened?

At the top right of the home screen, what is the signal indicator... 3G, 4G, LTE, EDGE, or what?
Look at your Settings > Network Connections > Mobile Network > Is your top two settings ON
(Mobile Network - ON)
(Data Services - ON)
Are you able to make a phone call?

BBM on Q10

I have a q10 and I can send BBM messages to any BBM contact on any BB With the recent addition of apples to the BBM world I can receive bbm's from apple phones tghey cannot receive mine..Has anyone experienced tghis and istheir a quick solution Is thgis a phone issue or a BBM issue

I haven't seen users with this issue... I am in communication back and forth with IOS users on BBM with no issue.
How many iOS users are you seeing this issue with?

Do you not have the photos in your iPhoto Library on your computer? If they are not on the computer then you never synced your phone to the computer so they would be transferred. If that's the case, then they are lost.

The page you are referring to was with respect to a older version of the JSP sample code. Please refer to the updated samples at the location: http://otn.oracle.com/sample_code/tech/java/jsps/ojsp/content.html
These samples are certified against Oracle9iAS Containers for J2EE(OC4J). You can download the JAR file(OjspSamples.jar) from this page and deploy the EAR file in it with OC4J. The Install.html file in the JAR file has instructions to setup the samples with OC4J. Once setup, all the source files can be accessed through the application pages itself. Hope that helps.

Not receiving sms texts and cant open BBM messages!!! PLEASE HELP

I am not receiving SMS texts although I know people have been sending them to me. I've had friends text me to see and they dont come through. I am also receiving BBM messages but cannot open them in my messenger! I really only communicate via these two means and really need help! I hate the people at the Sprint store and DO NOT want to have to go there...again.

I cant acess itunes store.

I can use all the functions of itunes but cant access the store. I have no downloads waiting and am able to download app updates. The same thing happened last month and I uninstalled and reinstalled which seemed to have fixed the problem. I have tried this again but it didnt work.

After trying many different suggestions. The removal of Net Nanny worked for me.

Jambo I thought you said above that your issue was the same as the initial post that you can receive all bbm messages fine. Not just those from within your building.
