Cant buy from appstore/itunes anymore?

i have a ipad and im trying to buy apps. But when i try, after i have my password inserted i get " contact apple/support/itunes/ww "
2 days ago it was no problem but it started after 1 day with my ipad.. what can i do to make it work again?

i just want to buy one song, and sistem says taht my apple id is not valid in French. why it is so? can i change that? or must i register new apple id for french store, wich would consider as very STUPID sistem.

Buying from several ITunes Stores

When I try to buy from another Itunes Store, I get "Your account is not authorized to use this ITunes Store (US)" and it sends me to the authorized one (France). This is crazy! Each store has songs that are not available in the other. Are we restricted to what we may listen to?

The issue of cross store purchasing comes up frequently so I'll just quote one of the most complete explanations (courtesy of Dave Sawyer) from the many given:
In order to buy from any given country's iTunes Music Store you must be able to show some form of residency which would be either:
a) a credit card with a billing address in that country, or
b) a mailing address in that country and a gift certificate or a prepaid card that was bought in that country.
If you cannot fulfill one of these two sets of conditions, you will not be able to purchase from any given country's iTMS.
.......this is due to restrictions placed on Apple by the record companies and other rights holders (who are often completely different from country to country and so all require their own individual negotiations and contracts), not by Apple's choice. And this also applies to all the legal download stores that carry major-label content, not just the iTMS.

I just recently got a giftcard but i cant buy apps with it, it says it will be charged to my credit card but i got over 50 dollars in store credit

Just to be clear, you have a US address on your iTunes account, you are buying from the US Apps Store and it is giving you a message that you cannot buy Apps with an iTunes Gift Card? (Not an Apple Gift Card, and iTunes Gift Card).
If it is an iTunes Gift Card, did you have any problem loading it on your iTunes Account on your computer?

Yep, they do take American Express on iTunes when you set up your account.
go on Amex website and look for prepaid card - you can apply right there, they ship it within a week.
they also have a website to manage the card
you can link it to your bank account and load it (takes up to 5 days)
you can load it automatically on a monthly or a weekly basis
This should allow you to purchase from Apple.
I use my Visa credit cards, so I've never tried my AmEx, but since they show AmEx as acceptable, it should work. I have used AmEx at retail stores as a credit, so it should work.
