The Motorola Surfbaord does not appear in this list

So it is likely to be in Bridge mode meaning it has all the ports open and passes your Public IP from your ISP to your router (in your case)
There are several versions of the WRG614 but this one leads you to here
Near the top pics it will tell you how to access the device in a web browser.
On the left will be a menu.
Check the UPnP one is Enabled.
Make the change to the WAN page
Hit apply.
