Cant connect Desktopmanager to Device

Hi,
I have a very strange Problem.
I cant load applications to my device, because the desktop manager won't connect.
Well actually in the title of the DM it says "connected" but the PIN is not shown in the lower left side.
When I connect a device it says "connecting" and then "connected" in the title, with one device DM even suggests me to insall a newer OS but when I want to go to the application loader (or anywhere else) NOTHING happens. I click the buttons and really NOTHING happens....
It worked for a couple of months and then stopped from one day to the other....
I run Windows 7 , tried DM 4.6,4.7 and 5.0. I also tried different devices Bold 9000, Bold 9700, Storm 2...
Any idea what I could do?

Also, check that you are using only root USB ports...no hubs (sometimes the front-side ports are hubs...use a rear USB port). And make sure to try disabling USB power management in your system configuration (Device Manager).
Apologies in advance if this is redundant -- there's no way to be sure if you've already seen and tried these.

Cant connect my ios devices to my mac book air

I cant connect my IOS devices (iphone 4s + ipad 2) to my macbook air mid/2013 by usb or bluetooth.
when connecting by usb the devices dose not charge or sync with itunes. it charges for split a second and disconnect anther time and it go forever in the his loop.
I tried using two cables.
The devices are working on my windows pc.
my macbook works with usb sticks and other android phones.
note:
-both devices are on ios 8.1
-my macbook is on Yosemite
-my ipad 2 worked well before updating my mac to yosemite

iPods that have the Window format should continue to work on a Mac, because Macs can read/write the Windows format used on iPods. (The opposite is not true - Windows cannot read the Mac format.)
You can change the formatting, by doing a Restore on the iPod, but that is done in iTunes, so iTunes needs to see the iPod when you connect it. The Restore will also erase the iPod.
Since it continues to work on your friends Windows PC, your iPod itself is probably OK, so you may want to first look at the connection to the Mac.
Did you use the same USB docking cable when you connected it to your friend's PC? If so, you can rule out the USB cable as the cause. If not, it's possible that your USB cable is faulty.
If you are connecting the iPod to a USB hub, try a direct connection to the Mac's USB port. If other USB devices are connected at the same time, try disconnecting the other devices (except for standard keyboard and mouse if normally used). You may also want to shut down (power off) the Mac, if you have not done so in a while. Also, do this to Reset the iPod

What devices are you trying to connect to, and are they in pairing mode? Is the phone in pairing mode? The iPhone only connects to audio devices and to computers for tethering. You cannot use BlueTooth on an iPhone for file transfers to other phones or computers.

I can VPN into my work but can't connect to any devices inside that network

I authenticate fine and get an address but I cant connect to any devices inside my work. I am connecting to Cisco Lan controllers, routers, and switches.

Please read this whole message before doing anything. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it. The purpose of this test is to determine whether your problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login. Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. I would recommend the steps in the article below. See the section labeled Verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed > For Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 > Update the Apple Mobile Device Driver.

HT204400 no matter what i try, my apple tv says it cant connect to the network and it gives me error -3906. i have tried restart and reset, wifi, ethernet same error. all other devices work fine.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

I think there is bug in the new itunes, i tried almost everything can't figure out why its showing the secure link to itunes has failed !!! :( i am very upset because of it.. it is giving me hard time cant even backup my device....i tried everything :((((

almost tried everything....reinstalling ....32 bit 64 bit.. itunes. msconfig. antivirus disabling.... full antiviurs scan, installing on different computers.. using a different network....netshell command and what not.....dns flush....everything static dns...what and what not ....still problem is persisting ...can anyone help please....internet is working absolutely fine...checked everything else everything is good...but itunes cant even backup my device (((( feeling sorry for myself..

The first step should be to run your network connectivity tests.
iTunes help>>run diagnostics, just check network connectivity tests.

I cant connect to WiFi on my iPod Touch 1G?

I have had an iPod Touch 1G for quite some time now, but I recently upgraded the iOS firmware to 3.1.3, and I just noticed that I cant connect to wifi! Nothing is grayed out, but it cannot find any connections. Ive tried resetting my router and wifi settings, but that diddnt seem to work either.

So it is not this problem:
iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim
One user reported that placing the iPod in the freezer fixed the problem.
If not successful, an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is usually in order.

Teh try:
Does the iPod connect to other networks? (noit clear if you have access to more than one)
Does the iPod see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iPod connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Is the status light green?
Your Airport device may be in Bridge Mode.
Airport Utility 6:
Open Airport Utility, select the Airport Express and click Edit. Navigate to the Network tab and change Router Mode to DHCP and NAT. Then click Update on the bottom right.
Airport Utility 5:
Open Airport Utility and click Manual Setup. Navigate to the Internet icon and change Connection Sharing to Share a Public IP Address. Then click Update on the bottom right.

so i changed my passcode to my i-pod because my brother found out what it was and i know i put taylor gang (without spacing) as my passcode but i have big hands so when i put the passcode i must have pressed a wrong button because and now i cant get the passcode right no matter what happens. i also cant connect my i-pod to itunes because i haven't had a chance to update my itunes so i cant go and do it from there. so my question is what do i do ( if theres a way to do it without wiping my ipod that would be great thanks)

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to Restore the device...

Maunally restore it. In order to do this:
-Download the iOS 5.1.1 firmware from here http://www.redmondpie.com/download-5.1.1-ios-for-iphone-4s-4-3gs-ipad-ipod-touch -direct-official-links/
1. After downloading the firmware from the given link, open iTunes and click on your device.
2. Now press SHIFT on your keyboard and while pressing it click on "Restore".
3. A dialog box will appear.
4. Select the firmware you downloaded and click ok.
5. Done!!! Your iPhone will now be restored to 5.1.1 and if you had backed up your iPod before, then you can put all its settings afterwards.

Cant connect my headphones(XBA-BT75) with computer windows 7

i have a dell inspiron-N5110 i7 2.20 GHz 64bit windows7 computer, and i was trying to connect my new XBA-BT75 headphones with the bluetooth, and of course the computer cant find the headphone device.
