Cant connect iphone
when I newly installed itunes 11 64bit for windows 7, my iphone and ipad still says it cant connect becouse I dont have supported software as 64bit version of itunes. What the ****?
How is the router configured? What is the security mode in the router? Does any other wireless device can able to go online with the same security mode? Well, in this case try to change the wireless security and then check the connectivity status..

Cant connect iphone 4s cause unknown error (0xE8000012) HELP
Yesterday I restored my computer and now i redownloaded itunes and everthying but i cant connect and i get the unknown error 0xE8000012 when i try to connect. I got my itunes to normal by dragging my music folder onto a hard drive before and just replaced it later after installing itunes. Please help. Before it was working perfectly fine. Cant connect iphone 4 to netgear router
I am unable to connect my 2 new iphones to our Netgear Router.
Even when I have NONE selected under wireless options on Netgear router it will still not let me join.
I have a Netgear N300 Wireless ADSL2 + Modem Router DGN2200
I spent 90 mins on the phone with OPtus as they supplied the wireless router but they couldn't help and they then transferred me to Netgear Support who want $89 to assist.

Your Airport device may be in Bridge Mode.
Airport Utility 6:
Open Airport Utility, select the Airport Express and click Edit. Navigate to the Network tab and change Router Mode to DHCP and NAT. Then click Update on the bottom right.

Are you running Leopard on your Mac, Laurie?
If so, try instead updating to iTunes 10.6.3.25. (That supports earlier models of iPhones running iOS 6, even though it can't run the new iPhone 5s.)

Try resetting your NVRAM
Shut down your Mac.

Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.

You do not use a WEP password but wpa/wpa2 on router and equipment.
All equipment connects to WiFi, but for your iPad.
Even with all other equipment WiFi off, you cannot connect your iPad.
Your iPad connects to other WiFi nets correctly.
All resets etc done on iPad and Router.
Still I am not sure it is your router for sure, frustrating...
I want to test 2 other things:
1. in your iPad, set everything OFF in Settings/Cellular, turn off/then/on your WiFi, and see whether it will still not connect...
2. If that does not do it: disconnect the router as well as the modem from the power, for 15 seconds, then reconnect the modem, let it fully start, then reconnect the routet let it fully start, turn of your WiFi in iPad, then on, and see whether it will connect. -
