Cant connect iPOD to WRT160N v3--please help
I have a new WRT 160N router that I have set up and works well with my wireless laptop. However, I cannot get my IPOD to work with this router. I put in the security code and it will not accept. Can anyone help? THanks.
Try changing the security mode to WEP on the router and then,try to connect the I-POD.

Ok i just got the at&t internet package in the mail and i already set it up. I got a linksys wrt54g router and it just doesnt want to work. I get to the part where it says connecting to the internet but it just never connects. I went to dslreports.com and it says i actually have pacicific bell - SBC. I used to have sbc adn even then i could never intstall the router. Someone please help me. oh yeah its a motorola modem.
Try following settings .....
Please access the setup page of the router by launching an Internet
Explorer and type on the address bar, 192.168.1.1 and press enter. When
it prompts for the username and password, leave the username field
empty and provide password as “admin "" all in lower cases and then
click on ok.
On the main setup page select the "Internet Connection Type"
as "PPPoE”. Then provide the username and password provided by your ISP
(Internet service provider) for your connection(Example:
[email protected])- Select the "Keep Alive" option and choose the
redial period as 30 sec" and then click on the Save Settings button. -
Cant connect to itunes store! please help!!!
Hey! my itunes 10.6 cannot connect to the store, it dosent show any notice or errors. when i click itunes store, nothing just happens and the white screen there! because of this i am unable to update my iphone to iOS 5 or do anything with itunes store! itunes diagnostics says secure link is not there. But firewall is enabled. i can visit apple website also. i can visit itunes from my iphone also with no problems. only problem is that i cannot connect to itunes store, its not even responding when i click itunes store!! i use windows 7 x64 please help me!!

- Reset the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home

My Ipad Mini will no longer connect to the wifi at work. It did when I first got it but now it just displays unable to connect. What gives? I work at a hospital and the wifi is not password protected and my mini connects fine at home. Please help!
Some of these won't apply to your situation.
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app
• Tap on Wi-Fi
• Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Is the message saying:
Not enough storage
Not enough/low memory?
For the former delete some items from the iPod.
For the latter.double click the home button and close all the apps in the recently used dock. Then power off and then back on the iPod. This frees up memory. -

If you have a backup of your information on your computer, I would suggest putting your phone into recovery mode, by holding down the home key and keeping it held down while you connect it by usb into your computer with itunes running. Keep the home button held down until it indicates recovery mode, and proceed with the restore.
