Before clicking on the link to create an account, scroll down to the bottom of the iTunes Store window, and make sure the correct country is selected.

I had to arrange an Apple Support call. The Apple Support Team first changed the device to be registered to myself (it was registered to the previous owner).
It now shows up in my devices when logged into Apple Support website.
I was then referred me to Apple Account Security who in turn escalated the issue to Engineering Support, for an engineer to increase the limit on my device by 1, allowing it to be registered with my Apple ID.
The whole process only took a few days.
They said this would now need to be done every time the device needs to be registered with a new user.
To create a support call for this issue, you can do the following:
Login to http://www.apple.com/uk/support/ using your apple id
Click Contact Us, on the bottom right of page
Click Get Started
Click See All Products and Services
Click More Products and Services
Click Apple ID
Click Other Apple ID Topics
Click This Topic Is Not Listed
In the text box, you are asked to describe your issue, enter the following: 'Can’t create apple id. Account limit reached.'
Click Continue
Click Schedule a Call
Apple Support will call you at the scheduled time and you can explain the issue to get your account limit increased.

I cant create an icloud apple account

I want to use iCloud for both my Mac Mini and iPhone, but the hardware themselves are not related to my problem: I can't create an iCloud account.
1 - I know my itunes/app store apple ID is not the same as an icloud ID (an iCloud id is an actual email address)
2 - apparently both my personal email addresses are in use (so i cant create a new account)
3 - I click "forgot password" when I try and login using my personal email address and it says it emailed me the password. I have tried this several times and it never sends me an email (they are both gmail accounts and yes, I checked the spam box).
How can I create an iCloud account?
My only guess at the problem is that I have been a Mac user since pre-internet and I am sure I used my addresses for purchases and accounts starting a long time ago.

You are not getting the email for the password reset because the email you are currently using is not the same as the recovery email you set in your profile settings when you first created the AppleID/iTunes account. You will have to try and remeber what email you used as the recovery address.

I had the same issue on my iPod touch 4th Gen, I noticed the issue after updating the device to 6.1.5. I dont know what device or IOS your running but if it is similar then I think this ma be the cause. My solution to you is to create a free apple ID on their website, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/wa/createAppleId. Hope this helped and good luck!

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
There is a limit to how many free accounts can be created on an iOS device (you can't see a list of accounts created on a device) - you will either need to remember one of the accounts that has already been created on it and use it, or you will need to create another account by a different device or computer.

Back up all data. Don't continue unless you're sure you can restore from a backup, even if you're unable to log in.

I had month end issue while reviewing the unaccounted transaction report we identified some unaccounted payments during May-11, tried to do accounting manually (Actionscreate accounting) but its throws APP-SQLAP-10710 (Online accounting could not be created. Please submit the payables accounting process instead to create accounting entries for this transaction.) but tried running Paybles accounting process program also but still its not creating accounting.
Please advice on the same its urgent. Thanks…
Note: I have 10 payments vouchers for same invoice among them 5 is accounted other 5 I cant able to create accouting.

I cant create new web-site

hello,
i downloaded some iWeb templates and installed them. they work so far.
but since i added those templates i cant do several things:
-i cant create a blank web-site
-i cant create any web-site with my other user accounts
i got 3 users on my mbp. only 1 user allows me to create new web-sites. if i log in with another user (i also tried to create a new user) then i only get a grey + in the lower left corner of my iWeb. grey means i cant click it.
i deleted iweb preferences already. what else can i do to solve that?
is it a good idea to delete iweb from aplication folder and install it again? is there a full installer?

Can you do this in some user accounts and not others, as the case for the original poster, or is this a problem across the board?
If all the controls are greyed out, the easiest potential fix is to open iPhoto, select some pictures/and or an album there and click on the iWeb button at the bottom of the iPhoto window. This should "force" iWeb to create a photo page.
It that doesn't work, you will need to try to download one of the iWeb upgrades. Which version of iWeb are you using?

Icloud restore error "Cant Create AppleID"

I have an iPhone 4 and a 4s i purchased to replace the 4. I did an iCloud backup on the 4 to restore to the 4s successfully. On the 4s i did erase all content and settings and then try to restore from icloud backup. I enter my AppleID and pw, takes me to the agree to conditions screen, i click agree and then get a message "Cant Create AppleID" and all i can do is click OK. Now, i have two AppleIDs. When i use the other AppleID it accepts this and I can move forward but the other ID has the storage plan plus the backup of my device. I tried removing all devices from 'Find My iPhone' under this appleID but this didnt help.
Both devices are iOS 7.0.4
Any advice?

I associated my Apple ID in their system as an Apple Reseller account because I was working for a third-party Apple Authorized Dealer a few months ago. After that point, this is when I noticed this happened.
Tier 2 of AppleCare told me they believe this is the reason I've been having problems being able to restore because Apple Reseller accounts are not "iCloud Eligible"
I replied and told them it was ok for them to remove my account as reseller status and after multiple attempts to reach the advisor assigned to my case, he stopped responding.
I fear I may be out of luck. Are you by any chance an Apple reseller or associated with an Apple reseller?

No, you will not loose anything. However, if you ever need to update any of that previously purchased content, or re-download it, you will have to use the older AppleID. Purchases are permanently tied to the AppleID you use when making the purchase.

I am working in Insurance module - FS CD , in transaction FPCJ. While posting documents by clicking on-account Postings,posting is made to a dummy account, we need to ensure this is balanced to zero i.e there is no balance remaining in the account.So in this case i need to add a additional posting on a account in order to balance the dummy account and add the offset entry to create the payable .
For this case, i copied the standard function module in the event 0032 and populated the table T_FKKOP_NEW with a additional account,but this did not help on clearing the dummy account. Please let me know if this situation could be handled in any other way.
