Hi, Some montha ago i buyed a game with a credit card, later on i wanted to download the same game in another device but the credti card was changed so now the game that i buyed appears like with cost to me Thanks for help
You have to use the same Apple ID (the credit card info should be there too)
You redownload the app under Purchased.

Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings. -

.dmg.part is not a complete file.. It usually indicates that the entire file has not been downloaded yet. Are you sure you downloaded the entire file? (i recommend updating itunes through > Software Update

If you are using the Purchased tab where your purchases are listed to re-download it then you shouldn't be charged. If you are being asked to enter your credit card details when trying to download it via that tab then that will be for account verfication purposes - you are currently in the country where your account is based ?

Even though i have a year student subscription with creative cloud when i try to open the programmes a window comes up for free trial or to buy the product. I was clicking the free trial option but i guess thats over now so it won't allow me to access the programs. Any suggestions?
