Cant download a trial

I want to download photoshop cc trial but when i go to it just stays on the page where it says " photoshop is downloading now". Am i doing something wrong or is there something wrong with my computer?

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. The obvious answer is that you haven't installed the Creative Cloud app and the handover fails.

    That happened once to me when downloading a trial.  I just tried it again after a few minutes and it worked.  In Firefox, clear al private data including saved sessions.  If it keeps up, email support.

    I just tried downloading the trial of ADDT and found that nothing happens after submitting the 'Download' button. This was the case with both the Win and Mac versions. I attempted to download the trial with both Firefox 2 and Internet Explorer 7.
    So, it's not just you. I've sent a message to Adobe notifying them that the trial download is no longer working.

    How it shoudl work.
    1. Click Download button
    2. If you haven't signed in, you'll be prompted to sign in. If you're already signed in this won't probably display.
    3. A download window will open. Follow onscreen instructions there on.
    But something is not working, so let's see what.
    Step 2 not hapenning...you could try using a different browser.
    Step 3 not hapenning...a popup blocker might be preventing the window from opening. Disable the popup blocker. Note if IE displayes a warning that popups are being blocked.

    Without proper system information and other technical details nobody can say anything. Extraction errors can have all sorts of causes from running out of disk space to permissions and security issues on temp folders plus a million other things.

  • Cant Download a Premiere Pro trial

    I want to Install a Trial and although it says the product is downloading nothing actually happens, Troubleshooting says i need to start the Adobe download assistant but when I look for how to do that it just says it starts automatically when I attempt a download. I am just going round and round in circles. If you go to contact us it gives you a load of waffle that doesn't help and says 'if you are still experiencing difficulties contact tech support' you click that and get taken back to the troubleshooting page, its a nightmare!
    I installed the creative cloud  App which when i tried to log into just said 'you have been logged out' I looked up all the troubleshooting suggestions for tat and nothing helped. Really what is the point of this website? You cant download anything, the 1 thing you can download doesn't work and if you need help you just get stuck in an endless loop of 'contact us - what is your issue - have you tried this - did it work - no? contact us.....'

    this help? If you still have trouble, there are some suggestions available
    in this service note about how to address downloading difficulties. First suggestion is (if you are using IE) make sure your Temporary Internet Files cache space is big enough to hold the downloaded file. (I would certainly have problems if I used IE, since I have my TIF space set very low; however, I use Firefox, which doesn't apply its cache size limit to downloads, thank heavens!)

    Those two files need to be stored tegether in a convenient placeon your hard drive, not on an external drive, where you have plenty of free space. Running the .exe should unpack the deploy folders and the actual installer. Do not attempt to decompress the .7z file.
    Once you've run the .exe, you should turn off anti-virus and spyware scanners (and probably User Access Control), then run the Setup.exe file that was extracted when you ran the first .exe file.
    Note that the setup files must be present in the same location as they were during installation if you want to uninstall, so you might want to put them in a convenient but out-of-the-way place before installing. Adobe tends to sugeest the Desktop, but I personally think that's a poor choice. I downloaded the Master Collection and just made a subfolder for it in my downloads directory so I can find it again. Where you keep the installer files is not the same location where the program will actually install. On 64-bit versions of Vista it is essential that you install in the Programs (x86) folder and I recommend you just accept the default location.
