When i want to download apps... I dont work
I cant download apps -.- please every body help

ALL MY PROBLEMS ARE GONE on my upgraded IPAD 2 running on ios 7 which included “no access to ITunes to update Apps” and “slow web or no connectivity”
All because of changes to DNS Settings Change !!!! as described below and after trying all solutions given by others - try and let me also know on my mobile +263 772 242 560 (Zimbabwe – Colas Ziki)
This fix has been recommended by Apple support and has proven successful for many commenters on my previous post. The way this works is to change DNS settings on your iPad or whichever iOS device is affected – by adding Google’s DNS server/s. Here’s how to do this:
– Go to the Settings app and tap on the Wi-Fi section in the left sidebar
– Then look at the ‘Choose a Network’ section in the main right-hand side area of the page and look for the network name that has a check mark next to it and rendered in blue text – the WiFi network you are currently using
– Tap on the blue arrow at the right-hand side of the listing for that network.
– On the next screen you’ll see a section labeled ‘IP Address’ with three large buttons below it. Make sure the DHCP button is selected. Below that you’ll see fields for IP Address, Subnet Mask, and others. Tap on the DNS field (the fourth one down).
– This will bring up the iPad’s on-screen keyboard and place the cursor at the end of the IP address for the DNS server currently being used by the iPad. Backspace until all the numbers for that address are gone. Then type this in:
8.8.8.8
Please note the periods after the first three 8s. You can also use 8.8.4.4 – both are valid addresses for Google’s DNS servers.

I just posted this for someone else that asked the same question. this worked for me today.
I figured out a workaround for this today. when you go into the App Store, don't go into "updates" (those apps in waiting status won't even show that they're there waiting for updating), go to the "purchased" tab. Each app that is sitting in waiting status now how a little cloud with a down arrow. Tap the cloud and the app will update. You can only do one at a time because it seems to tax the system if you tap them all together. mine were in waiting status for 5 hours. all apps were updated within 10 minutes once I did this. -

Go to iTunea>Preferences>Devices and see if there is a backupright at the time you did the update. Then try restoring from that backup. If the apps are in your iTunes library, any app data will be restored to the iPod.
When restoring from an iOS 4 (or later) backup, if the device had a passcode set, iTunes will ask if you want to set a passcode (and remind you that you had protected your device with a passcode). iTunes will not ask you to set a passcode when restoring from iOS 3.x and prior backups.
Therefore, remembe the passcode that you enter this time.
It appears that if you restore from a backup, that backup is not subseqyently overwritten by the next backup. -

Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

please help! i cant download apps on my ipod! once ive pressed install, it just goes to the grey loading app icon and it stays like that until i switch my ipod off. i dropped my ipod about 3 monthes ago and a bit of the corner chipped out so im not sure if its to do with that or not.

Your 1G iPod Touch cannot be upgraded past iOS 3.1.3. Many apps that are available in the App Store not require a higher version of iOS (such as iOS 4) in order to be compatible with your device. So if an app requires a higher version of iOS than what is supported by your iPod Touch, you will not be able to sync or download that app to your device. Sorry.

I cant download apps from my iPad 2 only my laptop
I cant download apps on my iPad 2 it started after the ios 5.1 update I think it was and I tried downloading an app but it wont let me it was free too. I tried lots of times with different apps but still wont work. And now I cant update because one of the apps is stuck on installing and its still there wether I turn my iPad off, turn wi-fi off its always there! And I even tried locking it ! Still there, I tried backing up and it wont back up. Everything else is perfect except for downloading things.
Please Help!Try double taping the stuck app, it should stop the download, then restart. You can also try going to the App Store, searching for the App, and try installing from there if it let's you. Can you hold the icon and make it jiggle to delete it?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

What happens when you try to download it ?
You can't download or sync the current version of the app, it's not compatible with iOS 6.1.6.
If you are trying to download it directly on your device then have you previously downloaded the app i.e. is it in your purchase history ? If not then try downloading the current version on your computer's iTunes so that the app is in your purchase history. Then on your device go to the Purchased tab in the App Store app and you should be able to download an older compatible version of it -

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

I go settings then store to sign in but I can't sign because it says my apple id has not yet been used before the iTunes store? That's why I cant download apps?
That means you have to sign into/view your account and review you account and make sure you have a valid payment method specified in your account.

I deactivated my credit card and now i cant download apps?
Awhile ago, I got rid of my credit card because it had been "hacked"(someone was using it). I deactivated it as soon as i could. Now, my Apple ID cant download apps without a credit card. I havent gotten a new card because im afraid that it may happen again. Ive tried to remove my billing information on iTunes, but it wont let me? I know i could make another Apple ID, but i have lots of songs and paid apps on that account that i still want. How can i fix this?
Fix the billing information on the account. Until that is done there is nothing that can be done.
It should be possible to set the billing information to "None" on the Apple ID.
Keep in mind, content acquired from the iTunes store is permanently tied to the Apple ID it was acquired with. -
