    I have recently purchased gossip girl season 5 season pass for my girlfriend.  those episodes downloads looked fine until I found out that first 3 episodes cannot be downloaded to my computer due to "error 50, please check your internet connection" etc.  My comptuer has internet connection just fine.  Has anyone experienced this trouble and recovered from it?  Big thanks.

    I finally backed up the iPad to the laptop and deleted everything on the iPad and restored from back up. That cured the problem.

    What happens when you try to download app? How are you downoading them? Purchasing them via the App store?

    I have recently tried to download the new My Morning Jacket album, but when the songs begin to download they cut off right before they get finished and they give me a error -50 telling me to check my network connection. I have downloaded several albums before without this problem. I am using the most up-to-date iTunes.

    Im having the same problem and i even got charged for it. when i got the reciet i clicked on the report proble and nothing has happened i was wondering if you or anyone has figured anything out. there seems to be quite a few people having the same problem.

    My ipod touch keeps showing a red low battery. It wont power on. I try to restore it and it says it cant restore due to error 1611. I tried diffident usb jacks. I uninstalled itunes an reinstalled. Among other things. Nothing works. Someone please help. I just want to restore it.

    Hey i HAVE/HAD the same problem but right in THIS moment i solved it! And i'm gonna tell you how:
    1) You have to uninstall ALL the programs that are from Apple.
    2) Go into control panel if you are on a windows and delete everything that says Author (Apple inc.)
    3) Here is a list of every thing you have to Uninstall:
    Apple application support
    Apple mobile device support
    Apple software update
    Bonjour
    iTunes
    Quicktime player
    Safari
    4) After that just go to Apple.com and download the lastest version of iTunes!
    5) Install it and sync your iPhone/iPod Touch out of Recovery mode.
