Cant e-mail any bounces HELP!!
That pretty much says it, I can't email any bounces in any format or size from any email service (Logic Pro 9)... I can send any mp3 from my computer, just not any logic bounces.... please help...
tried bouncing as an mp3, AAC, etc. and none of them work. when i go to the "attachments" tab in the e-mail it sees the file but when i click on it nothing happens although it is there and all of it's info is there and accurate (file size etc) the file isn't big 4.5-5 mb depending on format of the bounce...

Restart the machine in Safe Mode and attempt to open each app. Also please explain exactly how you are attempting to open the apps. For example, "When I click the Safari icon on the Dock it bounces but does not open." To start in Safe Mode hold down the Shift key when you hear the startup tone unitl a progress bar appears.

If Join was on then your home wi-fi must be set to Non-Broadcast. If you did not set this up (maybe your provider did) then you will need to find the Network Name they used, and any password they used. The SSID is Security Set ID and to see more try http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSID . Basically it is the name used to identify your router/network. A lot of times the installer will leave it set as LinkSys, or Broadcom or whatever the manufacturer set it as for default. Your best bet is to get whoever installed it to walk you through how they set it up, giving you id's and passwords so you can get in. HOWEVER, if you are not comfortable with this (if you set security wrong, etc.) you would be well ahead of the game to hire a local computer tech (networking) to get this working for you. You can also contact the vendor of your router and get help (if it is still in warranty), or at least get copies of the manuals as pdf files. Sorry I can't give you more help, I hope this gives you an idea where to go from here to find more.

As suggested in your reference thread I removed "/Library/Printers/hp/PDEs/hpPostScriptPDE.plugin" and the problem has been resolved.
I am guessing the the plug-in for the hp printers got corrupted and effected every thing, or became unsuitable when I installed an Apple update. I would be most grateful if you can confirm how the problem was coursed so I can understand and learn from this experiance.

If you're not using JDK 6, you need to include activation.jar in your CLASSPATH.
If you've got any other jar files that define the javax.mail.* or javax.activation.* classes
in your CLASSPATH (such as javaee.jar or j2ee.jar), remove them. -

MarkIf your purpose of bouncing is to stop spam, that doesn't work. It just verifies you are there, but aren't interested. They will continue to spam you.

You do not use a WEP password but wpa/wpa2 on router and equipment.
All equipment connects to WiFi, but for your iPad.
Even with all other equipment WiFi off, you cannot connect your iPad.
Your iPad connects to other WiFi nets correctly.
All resets etc done on iPad and Router.
Still I am not sure it is your router for sure, frustrating...
I want to test 2 other things:
1. in your iPad, set everything OFF in Settings/Cellular, turn off/then/on your WiFi, and see whether it will still not connect...
2. If that does not do it: disconnect the router as well as the modem from the power, for 15 seconds, then reconnect the modem, let it fully start, then reconnect the routet let it fully start, turn of your WiFi in iPad, then on, and see whether it will connect. -

DHANANJAY MISHRADo you get any error messages when checking for email, and have you checked your account settings in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars ? Have you tried logging onto your account via a browser to see if your email provider has changed any settings ?
In terms of excel files, if you want to store them on the iPad then you first need an app that supports them e.g. Apple's Numbers app, or third-party app such as Documents To Go and QuickOffice HD. As to how you then get your excel files onto the iPad will depend upon which app you get - different apps will have different ways of copying their content to/from a computer e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc. -

Thanks I do relise this but I was asking becouse it is an access to the account and I wasn't sure if I had to remove a restriction or something along those lines, or if I had inenvetently fumbled a setting on the phone or something do I thought I'd ask if any one had encountered this issue before .....
