You have to have enabled Find My iPhone on your phone before it was lost in order for it to be located. If you did, you could play a loud two minute sound on it even if it was on slient, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmfc0f19b5.

You cannot redownload audiobooks at all. The audiobook industry does not allow this.
As always have been the case, you should copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

Where can I find Premiere Elements 10 internet download for mac?

I just got a MacBook Pro and want to install my copy of Premiere Elements 10 on it but the disc doesn't work. On my iMac last year, an Adobe tech told me that there were problems with the install disc and told me to download from the internet and then put my serial number in. That worked.
But now when I go to the internet, all Adobe has listed is version 11. I don't want to upgrade and pay more money as version 10 will work fine for the project I need to do. How can I get the proper download for version 10--the version that I paid for last year?

Follow the Very Important Instructions on that page first otherwise the download links will not work.
Adobe only ever hosts the current version of their software on their website.
Once you've successfully downloaded and installed from the above link, backup the downloaded file. There's no guarantee that those download links will be up next time you need them.

Where to find Premiere Elements 10 serial number?

I need to move Premiere Elements 10 from a desktop to my new laptop. From what I've read, I'm supposed to download it from Adobe, and insert the serial number at the appropriate point in time. However I don't know where to find the serial number. Where? Thanks!

Looks like John closed your new thread on your Premiere Elements 10 installation issues and did not leave a referral link to this prior thread.
But, I hunted for this prior thread and found it. Perhaps John can reopen your new thread that he closed long enough for him to insert a referral link to the one we are in now?

Does the situation still exist at this time where your serial number as displayed at Adobe for your purchased Premiere Elements 10 is being
cited as Invalid during your installation of it?
Have you tried the installation with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled? If so, then Adobe is the only one who can help you with this
serial number and activation issue. See if you can get it to do that even though the current version 12 is not involved. Our best
chances are under the Adobe Chat category of "Orders" or the Adobe Chat category "Serial number issues or Activating My Product".
The challenge is to find an active Adobe Chat link.

Adobe Photoshop Elements & Adobe Premiere Elements download

I purchased these together online a few days ago. I was asked for a serial number after downloading Adobe Photoshop Elements, and after the download an icon appeared on my desktop. I proceeded to download Adobe Premiere Elements and after it was completed (I thought) I was never asked for a serial number nor did an icon appear on my desktop. Is Adobe Premiere Elements automatically incorporated into Adobe Photoshop Elements when it is downloaded which could be the reason I don't have a Adobe Premiere Elements icon on my desktop? AND, how can I tell if I now have Adobe Premiere Elements???

Although you have not stated it, I will assume that Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit are involved here.
What computer are you downloading Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12 to?

Do you now have Photoshop Elements 12 installed on your computer to the extent that you can open the Photoshop Elements 12 Full Editor and the Elements Organizer 12 that comes with it? If you go to Control Panel Programs, is Photoshop Elements 12 included there on the list of installed programs?

Let me back up, after the download of Premiere Elements 12, did you run the setup.exe to install it. Did you ever get a message that Premiere Elements 12 was successful installed?
General Comments
Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12 are standalone products. Both come with an Elements Organizer 12. And, when they are installed on the same computer, they share the same Elements Organizer catalog. And, they do have some integration perks when both are on the same computer. But, they are standalone products.
At this time do you have installation files on your computer, one set for Photoshop Elements 12 and one set for Premiere Elements 12?
Please review and then we can decide what next based on your answers.

Cant install premiere elements cd or online trial on Mac

I bought Adobe Premiere Elements from Staples and it wouldn't load.
The Read me file said that for Mac users having issues, to download online trial and enter the serial number.
I keep getting "invalid checksum" error.
the issue number that it created was 00-25182-090615042012 in case I needed to open a case or something. It acts as if it is extracting but i think it went all night and seems stuck. Any help is appreciated!

I tried clearing cookies, cache, saving it to a different spot, one of the errors came up in the help program something like "this error shows when you have a previous version of photoshop installed. Uninstall the previous version first."
-I wasn't installing photoshop. I was installing premiere elements.
-Also, I haven't had photoshop ever installed on my Mac.

Premiere Elements Download Keeps Stalling

Hi,
I've been trying to download a trial of Premiere Elements 12. I've tried three times and the same thing happens: the progress bar shows that it's 99 percent done and then the download stalls. When I go to the downloaded folder, it contains a folder for Premiere, but within that is the disk image for Photoshop Elements which mounts and runs fine.
I need Premiere Elements, so what can I do. I'm on a macbook running OS10.9 (Mavericks).

I am guessing, but I think I may know the cause of you downloading Photoshop Elements 12 tryout when you wanted Premiere Elements 12 tryout.
Can we assume that you went to the following link for what you wanted, that is, the Premiere Elements 12 tryout download?

I have not done this in a while, but it is my recollection that once you get by the Adobe Download Manager, you are faced with the actual page for the download. But, you have to make sure that you have the correct program selected at the bottom of the page. I think it was a scroll to the left or right situation. I have found that the download selection it not always initially set for Premiere Elements even though that was your selection to start this whole process.
