Cant get 4G on phone or tablet

after xfinity router was hooked up, phones and tablet wont always access internet. all phones and tablet are 4G LTE

Comcast modem/routers are wifi, 4G is not. Please explain.

I understand that VoiceOver has been activated and you are unable to access your device. I have done this myself and here are the steps to disable this feature.

Press the home button three times quickly (formerly "Triple-click home").

Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to any computer with iTunes installed.
In iTunes, select your device.
From the Summary pane, click > Configure Universal Access in the Options section at the bottom.
Select the feature you would like to use and click OK.

To resolve this issue, from the Safari menu, choose Preferences > Privacy. Then, choose an option other than Always for blocking cookies.
Note: The default option for Safari is to block cookies "From third parties and advertisers" and is recommended for most usage.

If your lock button is broken, the only solution is to get the phone replaced or repaired. There is no way to reset the phone without a functioning lock button.

This is a user to user tech support form, not Apple support. The S/N wouldn't provide any solution regardless.

Back up ALL of your photos and videos to your PC and remove them from your camera roll.
Next, delete any apps you don't use on a regular basis or at all.    Go to Settings - General - Usage to see which are the largest ones and start from there.
Use Facebook?   Delete that... You can always reinstall it, but by deleting now you'll erase all of the cache that it's been using to download photos etc from your news feed.
Send a lot of Messages?    Delete those also... Especially the attachments such as photos.   Over time they take up an enormous amount of space.

How did you back them up? If you have an iCoud backup of your phone, that will include your camera roll photos. To recover them, restore the backup as explained here: https://support.apple.com/kb/ph12521.
