Cant get into same game server please help
just got a wrt54g v6 and updated firmware i have 1 pc wired 2 pc wireless and a lap top wireless.when playing call of duty 2 i cant join the same server that another pc on my network is in.i can join a different 1 but not the same.when i try to join the same server the game is interrupted on the other pc and mine says server disconnected.i have ports 28960,20500,20510 open. also ive enabled the dmz and the same thing happens.before i got the router i had all pcs but the lap top networked thru my pc and we never had this problem.im i missing a port? are my settings wrong?please help

However I managed to "Fix" mine a slightly different way.
I had set up my router and correctly configured port forwarding to my gaming PC, but when a friend came round and played on my laptop the same thing would happen.
We got around this by REMOVING the port forwarding completely. The NAT can then redirect the correct packets to the correct PC. However this will only work if the COD 2 server has not had its default setting changed (as an admin can change whether or not to allow multiple simultaneous connections from the same IP) So if this still doesn't work try speaking to the admin of the server you want to play on and let him know your problem

New to itunes managed to download a song to laptop but cant get on to ipod nano(plugged into laptop) or iphone or ipad
I have sorted it myself!!
Ipod is now in the top right corner, last time I clicked on it, it ejected it but by clicking on the actual ipod icon then it brings up your ipod. I restored it to factory settings and synced all my music and it now works again. Hope this can help anyone who ends up with the same problem. -

By having done everything, you have most likely upset the structure of the markup to the extent that DW does not recognise it as being a SpryMenuBar.
All I can say: it's all in the code and at this stage you are the only one that is privy to it.

My Creative Cam wont work properly in MSN Messenger! I cant get the effects to work PLEASE HELP!
When I open the webcam centre everything works fine I can get all the effects...BUT when I open messenger (MSN) I get a good picture but when I open the effects window I cant get the effects to work in there.... I had the exact same issue but finally after much reading found that the Advanced Video FX utility must be activated first, then open the Web Cam Center.
On the upper left side just above your image is a Device Selection box. You may not redily recognize it as such.. Click on the down arrow just to the left of the Format tab and select the "Creative WebCam(With Video Effects)". Now try the effects. This did the trick for me. Hope it works for you! -
Cant get Information to Work..Please help
All has been well with with I photo. I have many hundreds of photos that I have labeled. Now I cant get the information to show for each photo. It is there if I look at all the photos but when I double click on one photo it isn't coming up. I have tried the blue button? Please help it is a lot to lose? Maybe related the photos in the library are sorted into date folders not source folders?

If you've configured the application properly and Connection lost maybe is because the signal is weak and the call is lost.

I would appreciate any help I can get. I was just messing around with the general setting on the ipad (64GB 3G...1st edition ipad), and did not realize that if I went under the general settings and changed the option to turn "on" the voice over, that it would require a double click on everything automatically. I have my ipad set up to lock after 2 minutes on non-use, and when I tried to sign back in, it said that my 4 digit passcode was incorrect. Then I tried to double click on each number, and that didn't seem to work. The numbers 1-9 seemed to input ok, but a zero seemed to throw it off. I have no idea if it has anything to do with it, but any help on getting back in to my ipad, I would greatly appreciate it, and I will be turning off that stupid voice over off as soon as I can. I was just goofing off, and was not going to let it stay on permenantely, but I tried to go back under the settings immediately, and I couldn't easily find it, but if someone could help on just getting me back in....I would owe you a big favor!

Once you've entered your password you can do the same (i.e. touch to select, double-tap to activate) to gradually get into Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn it off.
So to enter your passcode you first need to tap the 'slide to unlock' button to hightlight it (it should get a box around it), then double-tap it to unlock it. Then for your passcode tap the digit that you want and it should get a box around it; then double-tap that digit to type it; and similar for the other three digits in your passcode.

This happened because if Mail.app was moved from /Applications or placed in a sub-folder there, the update (Security Update 2012-004) couldn't find it and fails for writing new files to Mail. This update updates Mail 4.5 to 4.6, consequently the message that 4.5 is incompatible, since it's looking at the now "old" 4.5 version. See the thread linked below for a fix and some other possible workarounds.

Basically, make sure Mail.app is in the Applications folder inside the Macintosh HD folder, and sitting by itself not in an enclosing folder. Then get the update from Apple Downloads and run that again. -

If you have forgotten the iPad passcode and you cannot unlock the device, you have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your iTunes content. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.

I recently uninstalled itunes because my quicktime was not working, so i decided to uninstall the whole thing and then reinstall it. Now when i try to load itunes, it ends half way through and says "error writing to file C:\Program\QTSystems\CoreVideo.qtr. Verify that you have access to that directory" Please help if you can!

That's consistent with a damaged program file (that the installer can't remove prior to replacing it with a new version).
Try running a chkdsk over the C drive, as per:

every time I open ff 3.6 it loads the same 8 tabs I had opened the first time I used the program. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, but that has not helped. I have tried to remove history etc. But these same 8 tabs keep coming back. How can I get rid of them? Many thanks for your help.
You may have those 8 tabs saved as home pages. Firefox can store multiple home pages, for details of how to change them see [[How to set the home page]].

Thanks!Because you used a reluctant quantifier in ".*?", the negative lookahead gets applied immediately after "navRelId/1000.1001" is matched. And it immediately succeeds because the "resource_type_etc." substring doesn't appear until later. After that, the final ".*?" is free to match the rest of the string (but doesn't actually match anything; see below for the reason why).
Lookaheads are slippery; you have to be careful and make sure that (1) they get applied at the right position, and (2) they don't match to much or too little. I accomplished the first goal by making sure the lookahead is always and only applied right after a slash, and the second by anchoring the regex to the "/seo.serve" at the end of the URL.
By the way, you should never use a reluctant quantifier at the end of a regex. If you're using the matches() method to apply the regex, making the quantifier reluctant has no effect except maybe to slow down the match slightly. If you use find() or lookingAt(), the quantifier will always match the minimum number of times allowed, which is zero in this case.
