CANT GET MY CAMERA TO UPLOAD VIDEO!

So i got a Kodak EasyShare C813, ive already put about 1000 pics on iPhoto but when i try to import my video clips to iMovie it says theres no camera connected. Is the camera too advanced for OS X 10.2.8? or is there something i can do? i dont really wanna spend any money for a new operating system yet and im sure as **** not gonna go get a new camera...

Suggest you buy (about $10 - $20) a USB memory card reader. Just plug your camera's memory card into it & copy the pic/video files to your Mac. Quicker & easier than interfacing the camera for pic/video transfer.

Do you have the Google Video Chat Plug-in installed ?
You may have gained this by Installing Chrome if you did not manually download the Installer for Intel Macs Only.
This can conflict with the Flash Plug-in.

Elements cant find my camera to upload - Help!!

I've been using 6.0 for years and have 3 cameras I upload from. Yesterday it would only upload from my Nikon and doesn't have an option for my two Cannons. When I try "get photos from camera" it says "select a device" but there's no way to select anything, when I hit "refresh" it does nothing. What do I do now? How do I upload my pictures to elements?? Thank you for any help.

I am using the USB cable and no it won't see it in explorer either...I am using the same port, same cable for the Nikon, which connects, but not when using the 2 cannons. I did upload by putting the memory disks to the Nikon - though there should be another way of doing this. Thanks for your answer.

    Enable it.
3. Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data:
    Press the “ Remove All Website Data” button.
    Press the “Details” button.
    Remove YouTube related cookies.
4. Safari > Preferences > Extensions
    Turn those off and relaunch Safari.
    Turn those on one by one and test.

AMsn and Yahoo cant get web cam to send or recieve

I recently did the security up date ending 003 and now i cant get my webcam to work with either aMsn or Yahoo, but it works fine with iCaht and Skype. Im using a Netgear DG834G v4 router, i have tried. Can anyone help as its really starting to annoy me now.

Try installing Perian. It's a library of codecs for QuickTime. These codecs allow QT to read a wider range of file types.

If that doesn't work you may need to convert the files.
iPhone movies can be converted within iTunes. Add the iPhone movie to your libary, select the file, go to File ➡ Create New Version ➡ Create AAC Version
Movies from your camera can be converted with a program called handbrake. www.handbrake.fr Open the file in the program. Then, select presets. then select from the availale options.
Converting movies is extremely labor intensive. Expect it to take 1-5 minutes per minute of footage being converted.

I up graded to WRT300N from WRT54G my four computers are all working fine two are hard wired two wireless using WUSB54GC adapters cam works fine hard wired (CAM WORKED WIRELESSLY WITH WRT54G) I am useing wpa personal I transfered all settings from the wrt54g to the wrt300n I have network mode set to mixed radio band(auto)wide ch(auto)standard ch(auto) I have tried setting network mode to(G)only no luck I have disabled WEPA no luck can"t view video or the setup page on the camera this one has me stumped any help would be appreciated

First check that the wireless settings on the camera should be same as in wireless router.......also check that the port 1024 is properly forwarded or not........
Try to ping the static Ip of camera from hardwire computer.....
You can also change few wireless settings on router......
Radio band - 40MHz
Wide channel - 6
Standard channel - 8.....

I already fixed the issue, it seems trhat in dreamweaver the fonts ttf , otf, etc must be in a folder named webfonts, and then dreamweaver connects the fonts stylesheet to the main stylesheeet with @inport.I had to unisntall the fonts from my windows and download them again and add tehm with dreamweaver add web fonts feature.

Cant get camera to work on my 6260

just got a 6260 from ebay all is fine with the phone except the camera. it takes about 20 seconds to start but after that it says operation failed, then it says camera on standby.
so i cant get the camera to work does anyone know if i am doing something wrong or is it just broken

I cant get my blackberry off the camera!

Can someone PLEASE help me, I cant get the camera setting off my phone, it keeps taking pics randomly and whenever I try and navigate away, it goes back on to take pics!!! I cant call, dial in nos, text, go on internet ANYTHING!!!! I took it to vodafone who said to update software, but that hasnt worked. I AM GOING INSANE!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!

Look on your BlackBerry to Options > Screen/Keyboard. Scroll dow to the Convenience Key settings. Is your right or left key set for the Camera?
If so, choose that and scroll up to NONE, and make that the setting for now, and SAVE.

TS1702 iPad camera not recording video

Camera on iPad has just decided to stop recording video. It was stuck on 'square' for a while, now it's stuck on photos. Cant get it to record a video at all. Any ideas. It's iPad 2 on latest ios

Problem: Uploading Video To iPod

Ok here's the issue. 8 times out of 10 when I connect my iPod via USB, it does not give me the option to upload video to my iPod. I would click on the "iPod Options" where you can select Automatically update this and that... and I only see four standard options (Music PodCast Contacts Notes). 2 out of 10 times, it would give me the other options (Photos Videos) and then I can upload videos no problem. But the majority of time, it does not give me this option. I have to continue to remove the iPod from the USB repeatedly until I luckily happen to land on a time when it will allow me to upload video.
And when, during that 8 out of 10 times when I don't get the option to upload video, it removes all video from the iPod so I can no longer view them! How can I get this thing consistant!
Why is this happening? How can I get this thing to be consistant in allowing me to upload videos?

... okay ... this might be a symptom of a USB connection issue. if your USB connection is flaky to precisely the right degree, itunes can sometimes actually see a video ipod (or a nano) ... but it misidentifies it as an earlier version of ipod (without some of the capabilities of the nano, or the video ipod). sometimes, for example, this can cause the photo tab to go missing in the ipod preferences in itunes.
does the ipod icon in the itunes sourcelist look any different during the times you do get video capability from the times when you don't? if so, you might have one of these weird misidentification issues.

With the current FaceBook app, you can upload photos from within the app and under iOS 6 there is FaceBook integration with the Share option in Photos.
