Cant get my pic off phone with usb

hi just wondered if any one can tell me how to get photos from my fone to my laptop and get music from my laptop to my fone been trying for weeks and cant seem to get it....ive got all the software on my laptop and try to go to media manager ..i get my fotos on but cant store them ....cant get my music on at all ..please help as its driving me round the twist,....thanks

    I correctly used the phone as an exterior drive and got the pics to go to pc. But the pics wont remove from the phone. Then I mistakenly sync all the pics from pc to phone.     hello i have the older ipod calssic 30 g i think but a while back my laptop put all my pics on to the ipod
    not long after the lap top went bust but i was ok because the pics of my kids were on the ipod but every time i try to put them on my new pc
    it wont let me it tells me there is nothing on there i realy dont want to lose these great pics of my kids please help me  please please

    How did you get them on your iPod in the first place? Usually doing the reverse of that is the best way to do it.
    If your pictures are in the default photos folder(pictures that you have saved directly to your iPod), then I don't know of a way to do that.

    Assuming you mean photos in photostream.
    Log into your iCloud account (settings > iCloud) and enable photo stream.

    When using shared calendars, I cant get my iphone to sync with my laptop icloud calendar or the calendar my husband and I use on our Iphones.

    If you have multiple calendars on your phone, you might check to be sure you are adding the events on your phone to the shared calendar you are trying to sync with, and not some other calendar such as On My iPhone, From My Mac, a Google, Yahoo or exchange calendar, etc.

    If you don't have an answer, then how do I get back to my previous version of Firefox with my home page and bookmarks? Or do we just need to go back to Explorer or Google Chrome?

    Were you running iOS 7 beta?  If so, as a developer you need to log into the Developer forum for assistance.

    Not true.  You get one and only one download.
    In some instances, itunes has allowed another download to a few.  This is not the norm.
    You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception, but they are under no obligation to allow.
