I cant get rid off the current page when i want to go to the next page! this.dispose(); doesnt work because the class doesnt implement ActionListener!! This is the code that i have used:

What do you want to dispose() really?
And, what is your punjabidraw class?
Save the currend page reference in a variable called, say, curPage, then do
curPage.dispose();in the event handler for the button.

Try booting form OS X DVD and go to Utility: Disk Utilty and Repair Disk Drive - for starters.
Unplug everything.
Reboot holding Shiftkey - called Safe Boot, might want to look that up.
Add more RAM, free up disk space. Delete temp and cache files (I don't recommend using a "cache cleaning utility" though Onyx has been around for years).

Upgrade to itunes 8.1 now I cant get rid of the info window

I just upgraded this morning and have 8.1 I too wish I had never bothered. WHen I click on the info icon the info window will not disappear. I have to close and reboot the software to get rid. That's all so far but looking at the discussions I may find many more problems. As another person said are we joining Microsoft? I have never had a problem with apple or itunes in my years of using your software. Support is extremely difficult to find.
What do I do down load the previous software will this be a simple option I do not want to lose any of my music or set up?

I just had help from another thread. Go to System - change resolution for display. re-open and the podcast description window has a close button yeah. You can then go back and put the resolution back to where it was an so far all is well.

I cant get rid of the underlines in my png...

I just created a simple rollover png in Fireworks. It has 2
frames: one frame with 5 circles on it with a word out beside each
circle. This is my menu for my website.
On the 2nd frame, I duplicated this, and created slices for
each circle and word. I then made a simple color change to the
circles and words on frame 2 to show the rollover state.
I exported it over to Dreamweaver, and then cut and pasted
the code into my html homepage file. After some time, I finally got
it to work. Whenever you roll over the circles or words they change
color just as I wanted.
However, each circle and word as an underline under it. It is
one of those dotted lines. It looks awful and I dont know how to
get rid of it. It only shows up when I hit F12 to preview the page.
Can anyone help???

The dotted lines you are referring to are either table cell
outlines, or
the outlines added by the browser as an accessibility aid. We
can't tell
unless we can see the page. Can you post a URL?

Away from home not backed up for 2 wk, cant get rid of iCloud message to back up and cant connect to wifi?

Well, I don't see any of the masters around at the moment, so I'll take a crack at your question...)
First, you can't uninstall the preinstalled apps, including the native messaging app.
However, to avoid getting double messages, go to the settings of the native app and disable all notifications of the naative app. This will NOT stop the native app from actually getting messages, but you will never know about it. And just leave the native app sitting in the app drawer. And remove it from all home screens.

Cant Get Rid Of The Sad Ipod Screen

Yosemite will run on that computer. Try quitting the App Store and then control click on the installer - Move to Trash. The installer should be in your Applications folder.

How can I get rid of the icons in my bookmarks toolbar without changing the icons to text in my navigation toolbar? I want text only in the bookmarks and icons only in navigation.

It seems that making changes in the toolbar preferences always affects all toolbars at once. Isn't there a way to just delete the icons so they aren't crowding up the bookmark toolbar? They serve no purpose. Most are just blank page icons.

I mistakenly added 2 seperate toolbars "fox news and twitter" can any one out there tell me how to remove them, I cannot find out how !

In Safari, look at the menu bar and go to Safari > Preferences > Extensions. There you should be able to uninstall the toolbars.
