Cant install apps?

Okay, so I wanted to install vine (an app) but I can't. The reason why is because the free button (the app is free) is faded out so I can't download it. I tries so many different things but still I can't install certain apps. When I try to click on the button nothing happens. Because its faded so I can't use it.

Finally got AAM installed, now I cant install Apps

I had issues getting the AAM to install, those where cleared up. Now I cannot install Photoshop or After Effects. I get an error 403.
Muse oddly enough installed fine. I didn't have any issues on my laptop running snow leopard, but my mac pro on lion (10.7.2) has been a headache.

I found the full AAM on the adobe site, got that up and running again, BUT I still cant install anything. Even Muse which installed before the cleaner program failed.

Cant Install Apps on my iphone

Recently i just created an apple ID, and upgraded from iphone3g to Iphone 4.
Copied all my data from backup, but when i tried using my newly created apple id i got a message asking to review it once ( as it was't used for App store before) when i tried to review it from the link that appears on iphone it loaded an error message saying " i need to enable cookies". so i went to settings and Safari and enabled cookies (though it was enabled by default),after that i tried reviewing the apple ID but it kept giving me same "enable cookies" message.
After tying for about 10 times i gave up and tried on another iphone 5 that was nearby, finally i was able to do the account review on iphone 5 and my apple id was activated but when i tried to download any free application ( i haven't tried downloading a paid app yet) on my iphone 4 it shows the circle animation for few seconds and then return backs to "free" button.
When i login into my apple id from another iphone 5 its able to download apps normally, its quite irritating. can anyone recommend what to do about it.

Cant Install Air Apps(winxp)

hey, im making software for a client and i installed newest version of air on his winxp laptop and tried installing my app on his machine by opening the .air in airinstaller and got a "cant install app is damaged get another version from developer" (or something to that effect) and wen i try to install any air app with the badge it gives an error as well. ive searched around for an anwser and there seemsd to be others with this problem and it seemed like adobe was trying to stop it back in 08 and was wondering if anyone has a solution for this problem yet? i tried clearing the temp and i dont know if xp has "certifications" and if it does i dont know how to clear those.
any help is appreciated!

These are user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you go to the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPad do those apps show as intalled or do they have the cloud symbol against them for downloading ? And have you got any restrictions set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is stopping them being installed e.g. an app age rating or 'installing apps' set off (which would hide the App Store app) ?

Yesterday, in the middle of upgrading an app on my iOS 7.1.1, I tried to install another app and it prompted me to enter my AppleID password. From that time selecting any app from the App Store on my device would SILENTLY not do anything, ie. Click on FREE --> Click on INSTALL --> after a few moment the icon would revert to FREE, ie. No error messages, nothing, ziltch, nada !!
I then spent hours not finding any exact same problem on numerous forums, but found a similar problem, albeit with Apple actually bothering to give an error message, on this blog:

What disgusted me all the way through my search was the IDIOTIC advice that Apple was consistently giving users with similar problems – they had them upgrading to the latest iOS (what a waste of time, as when you happily have a stable platform, you have to deal with a whole new set of things not working – theoretically could be okay, but Apple have consistently proven they ****-up every iOS release), and then fully resetting their device and wiping out all their settings (doesn’t seem to bother Apple to waste their customers time).
After successfully fixing the problem, you realise when reading the other blogs that Apple knows what the problem is, but due to their obsession with a sealed user-de-enabled environment, they don’t want to provide access to the tools (why not? You’d think by iOS 7 they could have by now integrated soft recovery tools safely in the OS), but would rather make users corrupt their devices by dancing them in circles rather than admit what the problem is, and that 3rd party tools can fix.
The solution? This linked blog indicates Apple get a corruption in their SQLite database that manages downloads. I installed macroplant.com’s iExplorer (I have no affiliation) and voila! renamed the offending file, and after a sluggish 30 minutes (where is was likely rebuilding the file), I could then install apps again on my device. NOTE: no upgrading to later buggy iOS version, and no resetting my device and wiping out all my good work.

SYMPTON:

RESOLUTION:
Used 3rd party tool (get it and install it now before they remove the free DEMO mode) – macroplant.com – “iExplorer”
QUESTION:
If Apple insist on having a closed / sealed user environment, why (given how many iOS iterations they have gone through) haven’t they included the tools in the iOS to fix database corruptions without dancing users through timewasting upgrades and wiping out their settings, when this won’t fix the problem?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
If you didn't empty the Trash, open the Trash, right or control click the file then click: Put Back
If you already emptied the Trash, to go ~Library/Preferences. Look for a file similar: com.(name of app).plist
Move that .plist file to the Trash.
If that didn't help, try installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo
Then restart your Mac.
Try reinstalling that app.

When I hit install app, I type in the password, then need to enter several security questions (new ipad). The problem I'm having is when trying to choose the first security question I get a blank white rectangle. I've waited several minutes, I've retried the install app procedure several times.
I am logged into the app store (I believe). Any ideas - this ipad is latest iOS (updated Nov 15, 2012)
