CANT INSTALL CS6

I bought the Photoshop CS6 from Amazon yesterday. Trying to download it and install it into my MacBookAir has been quite hopeless. I am repeatedly told that there is a "Gateway' problem and that my 'Install" icon has been damaged. Where to go from here?

Illustrator / Indesign CS5 Crash after opening / Cant install CS6 Trials

I was cleaning my computer of duplicate files the other day and must have accidentally deleted something important. When I went to open Illustrator it crashed immediately after opening, same thing goes for indesign, but not photoshop. Ive tried installing CS6 trails of illustrator and I keep getting an error report during install. I re-installed Lion in an attempt to bring back any possibly lost system files, no luck. Im runnning Lion 1.7.5. Here are the crash reports for AI and ID and well as the error report for the install. Ive been trying to fix this for the past 3 days and my employer is loosing its patients with this. Please help me out here!

I cant install CS6 Des STd using AAME on win 7

I kick off the install and it quits soon after, the package is 64 bit. When I create an identical package with 32 bit it install just fine on Xp.

A 32 bit package should be deployed only on 32 bit machines and a 64 bit package should be deployed only on 64 bit machnies. Any mismatch can result in errors. Can you please send the PDApp.log file to [email protected] from the machine where the deployment is failing. This file is formed at %temp%\PDApp.log. This will help us narrow down the exact reason of a 64 bit package.

I can't get into the installation menu. The third CD does work correctly, i'm not sure about the second CD. Is it possible that the CD is broken? Like maybe there is one file missing or something I don't know.

Have you tried to install in English instead of Dutch? Did you check the various tips from the knowledge base? Can't see anything obvious here - it seems to correctly recognize everything but then still refuses to install... Mylenium

Second: I cant install adobe premiere pro cs6... this message appear: Installer has not been able to be initialized. Download adobe support advisor to detect the problem.
when i run adobe support advisor, this message appear: Instector could not identify any issies. Please contact adobe support for futher assistance.... but i cant find any help for this problem.

I cant install Illustrator CS6. I have the cloud. All other programs installs without any problem.
I have tried the downloadmaneger, the trial but same result. It wont work.

Cant get CS6 Master Collection to Install! HELP!!!!!

Cant get CS6 Master Collection to Install. Migrated to a new Mac Pro 5,1 Single Quad Core 3.2, 32GB of Ram. CS6 Apps worked fine until I tried to launch Illustrator. Illustrator just hangs and finally have to force quit. Tried reinstalling it, and the intalller and uninstaller don't work. I've restarted as suggested...same thing. I've use the Adobe Cleaner...no luck. Downloaded the installer again and tried....no luck.
Bunch of errors starting with "DW051". All end with "has changed." I've called tech support and retried all the above...no luck. (Poorest customer support on the planet)
Attached is an image of the messages including the errors. Please help. I'm loosing my mind.

Thanks Manish-Sharma. I found solution on another post yesterday but I tried all the ways listed above again....no results though. The only progress I did make is that the installer does run and finish! Finally got this new result by placing the current Illustrator Folder from the Applications folder into the trash without deleting it. I launched the Master Collection installer and only selected Illustrator for the install. (All other apps work fine) It did install the new Illustrator application in the Applications folder. Then I launched Illustrator and the same thing happens. The icon starts bouncing in the dock, but that's it. No startup screen...nothing. After a few minutes I check and "Adobe Illustrator is not responding" so I have to force quit.
I was on the phone with Adobe support and established a case # 0183688527 yesterday. They had me do the things you've suggested and more with no results. Sent them an update on other methods I've tried last night. They're supposed to get back to you in 24 hours. 28 hours later.....Haven't heard a word from them.
Any more input is welcome. This really sucks.

If you transdferred the software from one machine to another that could be the source of the problem. Transferring doesn't work in most cases. You need to install using installation files. You can download via:

bought cs6 (DVD/CD) design standard for MAC UK version, when trying to install:
We are unable to validate this serial number for Creative Suite 6 Design Standard.
I have registred at ADOBE and its recognized as a number for the package...
I just cant install it.
My system is not in english and have found a solution saying about to check
language while installing but there is not that option on the DVD/CD....
I have spend half days trying to find an answer on the net.... ;-///

I am attempting installation of newly purchased CS5 Design Premium. My system will not support InDesign so I unchecked that before attempting install. I ran install under normal and safe boot and the following messages occur in each..

My file system is Journaled HFS+ , (is this case-insensitive??) with 30 GB free. I am running a 32bit MacBook with OSX 10.6.8 I have been on with tech support where I purchased the CS5 design premium. I have 1GB RAM, I was told by them that I need 2GB, the box system requirements state it needs 1GB and the read me file says I need 500MB.
Is this something that would prevent my install and cause these install errors under exit code 7? The warning pertaining to dependent operation failure seems too generic to help at all. I have been trying to get this program up and running for a week and my work is piling up, please help or advise. My head is spinning!
Note: Please keep in mind that I am new to Mac OS. I always been stuck with a Windows PC until recently. Therefore some things are difficult for me to grasp at this point.

I am wanting to install CS6 onto a new imac via the cloud. The CS6 I have is in disc format and is an upgrade from CS65.5.
CS5.5 is also an upgrade from CS4.
How do I install CS6 onto a new imac when I cant get install the original due to no CD drive? Going mad!!

Welcome to Adobe Forums!
Even if you have the CD version of CS6 you can still download and install CS6 from the cloud. During the installation it will first ask you to enter the serial number for CS6 and on the next step it will automatically ask you to enter the serial number for CS5.5.
The product will be licensed and installed once you enter these serial numbers correctly.

Thanks so much Jeff, yes I knew that, in task manager bridge cs5 wasn't open, but found out that CS5 cannot accept raw7.3 plug-in, so had to upgrade to CS6, which I did, but still couldn't upgrade to raw7.3, as it wouldn't load on Adobe Application Manager, as it kept saying cs5 bridge was open, which it wasn't, and when I opened cs6 and went to browse in bridge it didn't open cs6 bridge but opened cs5 bridge. Couldn't uninstall cs5 bridge, but finally opened mini bridge in CS6, then opened CS6 bridge which gave me option to close cs5 bridge, open cs6 bridge, which then allowed me to uninstall cs5 bridge, so I could download raw7.3.
So after 4 hours of searching the web, and getting thru to Photoshop support I can finally open the raw images from the EOS 6D, which has much less noise at 3200 than my IDS MK3
I am annoyed with Adobe's attitude, which was you cannot use RAW images from the EOS 6D with older versions of Photoshop, RAW plug-ins were always manually loadable into programme files, so had to pay for upgrade
