Cant install dku-5 driver

HELP!! Having a problem installing a DKU-5 cable driver. going out of my mind for days(3 of them just trying to log on to here!). I'm running xp pro sp2 on asrock k7s41gx. downloaded the driver from Nokia. Installed the software and says software installed (where?)reboot, plug in the cable, get the icon saying "found new hardware" then get the wizard, but the wizard cant find anything, then something wrong with hardware. so went to add/remove and there is only 0.23mb of the DKU-5 there.
i've looked on posts here and done many of the things that have been wrote but still to no avail. Where am i going wrong? this is driving me a CRAZY!!!!!
any ideas? i would be very grateful

all so! whats the difference between the dku-5 and the ca-42? last week when i checked compatability with my phone (5140i) on the nokia web page it said it was compatable with both dku-5 and ca-42! but i just ran "c cleaner" so i could download the driver again, and found that my phone is only compatible to the ca-42, which is strange as it was compatable to both the other day! now i'm a bit confussed!!

Hi:
Then you only install the AMD graphics driver which installs the drivers for both the amd and intel gpu's.
You cannot install the standalone intel graphics driver or allow windows update to install it either or the switchable graphics won't work.

Cant install a NIVIDA driver for my NIVIDA GeForce GS Card

I was told in a seperate discussion that I could use the Windows 8 driver for this Windows 10 Technical preview.
I am running a 32 Bit copy of the preview.as this processor will not run 64 bit programs.
I have down loaded the Windows 8 32 bit copy of the NIVIDA 7300 GS driver.
I ran the install and but it said it installed but had a "!" by it in the Device Manager!
I have tried to run the install and it shows up as the Video driver in the Device manager but it states the following under the driver:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
Can someone help me with a driver.
Not sure how to get the NIVIDA board running at over 600x800. So if anyone has any input please let me know, running at 600x800 is a bummer.

Did you install the win 8 driver in compatibility mode?
To install in compatibility mode do the following:
Right click the installer>properties>compatibility>choose OS

What is the error message that you get when you try to install the driver?
Have you downloaded the right driver for your graphic card? The right driver for your notebook is mentioned in the link below:

Please download this softpaq and try to install this. (In case you are unable to install this in regular mode, try to boot into Safe mode, (by pressing F10 during during boot process and select "safe mode") and then check if you can install the driver.

Cant install mountain lion on a new hard drive 2011 mac pro 17"

for some reason I bought the infamous 2011 mac pro, and the hard drive kept having IN/OUT problems and after it destroyed half day of work, I decided to get a new hard drive, *blue WD 500g" but i have tried EVERYTHING and i just cant install mountain lion on it.
1.- i tried forcing the recovery mode so It would connect to the internet and download mountain lion but after 10 min or so i trows the -2002f error at me
2.- I tried to use the old hard drive that i put on a external hard drive reader so I could get the recovery partition but i just keep restarting the installation no reason given
3.- downloaded the mountain lion and tried to installing it on the system hard drive of the laptop trough a computer running snow leopard but dosn't let me.
4.- tried the same thing on target mode without success
5.- using the recovery partition I used disk utility to se of the partition was locked but it was not
6.- created a different partition to see if it would install it there didn't work.
i just don't understand why
any toughs?

Make Your Own Mavericks, Mountain/Lion Installer
After downloading the installer you must first save the Install Mac OS X application. After the installer downloads DO NOT click on the Install button. Go to your Applications folder and make a copy of the installer. Move the copy into your Downloads folder. Now you can click on the Install button. You must do this because the installer deletes itself automatically when it finishes installing.
   2. Get a USB flash drive that is at least 8 GBs. Prep this flash drive as follows:
Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
After DU loads select your flash drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the leftside list. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list.
Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to an hour depending upon the flash drive size.
Use DiskMaker X to put your installer clone onto the USB flash drive.
Make your own Mavericks flash drive installer using the Mavericks tool:
You can also create a Mavericks flash drive installer via the Terminal. Mavericks has its own built-in installer maker you use via the Terminal:
You will need a freshly partitioned and formatted USB flash drive with at least 8GBs. Leave the name of the flash drive at the system default, "Untitled." Do not change this name. Open the Terminal in the Utilities folder. Copy this entire command line after the prompt in the Terminal's window:
     sudo /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Mavericks.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume
     /Volumes/Untitled --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Mavericks.app --nointeraction
Press RETURN. Enter your admin password when prompted. It will not be echoed to the screen so be careful to enter it correctly. Press RETURN, again.
Wait for the process to complete which will take quite some time.

You need to obtain the drivers from your motherboard manufacturer. The drivers you have downloaded are for STAND ALONE cards only, not for integrated motherboard sound cards. I do know that Gateway and other manufacturers have these bundled with their systems. Try here also for a tweaked driver/install package......

I looked for MSI motherboard drivers for that integrated Creative chip and the ones I found were not! for Windows 7. That is why I hope Dan K.'s drivers help you. I have not used that specific Creative onboard chip, so I do not know if Dan K.'s drivers will install. But users in other forums say his package works better than Gateway's inside Windows 7/Vista.
After looking for the options for downloads, I see that there are some drivers out there for integrated realtek/Creative MB software and there are X-FI extreme audio cards that come separately with motherboard that plug in like a standalone sound card. Again, you should check on the MSI home page for their newest drivers. The Creative drivers available straight from Creative may not have your sound card's ID in the driver files for "retail cards" that they have drivers up for. Daniel K and other modders add the proper hardware manufacturer IDs to their driver packs so you can install their ALL IN ONE packs on your system. But I have not seen any users talk of doing that.

Setup is giving me error: "Setup Couldn't detect any Sound Blaster Audigy 2 on your system"

Cant Install Software Driver for HP PSC 1310

My software was not working correctly, so I deleted it in add & remove programs.
I cant install the new downloaded software.
After downloading the software, it extracts, but then nothing happens.
I do not get the information box as shown in the videos on this page

As far as the webcam goes, it was released long before the Operating System so the name is not related. Check which model cam you have and then check this knowledgebase article for information on which products have Vista drivers:

Installed new hard drive in a Toshiba satellite and now cant do windows upadates

installed new hard drive in a Toshiba satellite S500-02J . Used recovery stick purchased from Toshiba. Windows installed and everything up and running, but when I go to do a windows update. I received this message: "Windows update cannot currently check for updates, because the service is not running. You may need to restart your computer."
Toshiba help line said it was a problem because new hard drive was not exactly the same as the old hard drive. It was a minor fix but wanted a $100 to perform the fix remotely.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

The fix is to install a new storage driver.

If you've messed around with drivers, you'll probably need to repeat the restore. Introduce the storage driver as early as possible.

Cant install windows with 2 hard drives attached

i have an sata drive that i use for boot drive and ata for back up. i can not install windows on the sata drive if the ata drive is hooked up. windows only sees the ata drive. it will not give me a choice to install on the sata. if i unhook the ata i can install just fine on the sata. does anyone have any ideas why?
it's like when i have windows installed on the sata drive, then the windows xp pro cd does see it and lets me install on that drive only, it won't let me choose sata or ata. but if there is no OS installed on anything it only goes to the ata drive. i only want to install windows on the sata drive and do not want to keep unhooking my ata drive constantly when i reinstall windows on the sata.
can someone please help?

Danny you don't have to stay out, I just already said stuff and you told me to do something i already said i did.
Here is my current settings to get it to show my ata drive in windows and i boot from the sata cus windows is on it. currently when i install windows if no OS is on either drive it will auto install on the ata and i don't want that. i want to have a choice what drive and where to install on which means i would always install on the sata drive. but it just installs on the ata not giving me a choice. if windows is installed on the sata already then it will offer me that drive only and not allow me to select the ata. when i do a complete reformat reinstall i must unhook the ata drive and then it will work on the sata drive.
