Cant install firefox after uninstall

when i install the firefox, it pop up a box- run as "you may not have the necessary permission to use all the feature of the program you are about to run. You may run this program as a different user or continue to run the program as the current user." what can i do? i cant install the firefox after i uninstall the previous version

i dont understand whats going on, all my browsers crash when i try to download something or for some VERY wiered reason they crash when i scroll DOWN a page, i check permisions and they are all good i have no clue whats going on, please help me, also when i download many things i get checksum errors when i i try to extract with macpar or stuffit, please help me guys

Can you please try installing the Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774.
If that doesn't work then the safest course would be to remove all Adobe Creative Software using the uninstallers located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers. This should then remove the Adobe Application Manager folder also inside Utilities. Once the software is completely uninstalled and the Adobe Application Manager is removed then you should be able to reinstall from https://creative.adobe.com/.

i am using Firefox as my primary browser and to a much little degree chrome, i have noticed that after i installed some programs like new acrobat, new Java update and Microsoft visual c +++ 2010 that first chrome is not playing videos anymore and the plug inn were disabled. in the same time a new auto update for Firefox failed to install, then i tried to uninstall fire fox and chrome and install them again but after successful uninstall i couldn't reinstall them again, when i click on the installation file just it doesn't give me anything after extracting....

hey all firefox kept on crashing for me today so i decided to uninstall with appzaper and then reinstall it so thats what i did and now when im trying to reinstall it it gives me an error that the finder could not comeplete the opertation because somoe data in "firefox-bin" could not be read or written error code -36" please help me why cant i install firefox btw when i mount the firefox dmg file i get an error "codec overrun" but how i get passed that is i quickly press SKIP, what is it saying codec overrun?

The concept of "services" in Windows doesn't exist in Linux.
i thought it's would be great to startup the database in less time then installing. if i would install the software and using backup data file recover then is it a consistent recovery or inconsistent recovery.All recoveries that complete are consistent. Not all backups are consistent, but when you do a recovery, the redo stream is applied from the archivelog files to make the recovery "consistent".
so when ever need to recover what should require for consistent recovery so that i can say without this all other type of recovery jobs are inconsistent.there is no such thing as "inconsistent" recovery. You are either able to recover from your backups, or you are not able to recover. If you are able to recover, you are "consistent". Now, mind you, that does NOT necessarily mean your recovery will recover all data up to the point of failure. your ability to do that depends on having all the necessary backups, including archivelogs and ultimately, intact online redo logs. Without that, the best you can do is a point-in-time recovery. But it will still be "consistent" with the point in time to which you recover.
i am asking because as far i know i understand that no client would agree to go for inconsistent recovery. as i mentioned i am a new comer i have lot of confusion please if possible give some details. Well, I wouldn't agree to go for an inconsistent recovery, as no such thing exists. If you are talking about point-in-time recovery with potential data loss - it depends entirely on the client, the application, and the tolerance for data loss. Banking transactions cannot afford any loss of transaction data and so must have very robust systems with comprehensive, multi-level backups. Some other systems can be surprisingly forgiving.

How do I reinstall firefox after uninstalling and reboot when it tells me to reboot the computer and it's already been done?

OK, so generally my entire problem started because i am constantly facingan irritating "bad request" or something like that with xbox forums, like if I chose to restore my session for example, on FireFox version 3.6.20, which I only use because I don't like/understand the tab addtions and this appears to be the most updated version prior to it. So, I continued to uninstall it, I did a reboot of my computer, and proceeded to the site from which I downloaded this version, filhippo.com. Norton anvtivuris confirms nothing wrong with the set-up file, so i proc3eed to install, only to get hit with "Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous uninstall of Firefox. Do you want to reboot now?" WHY?! I've ALREADY completed this step! I tried a system restore in attempt to fix/set back this operation, and didn't make any difference. I'm on Windows 7, Ultimate, 64 bit, and because of this I now can't install ANY version of Firefox! What am I supposed to do about this so I can reinstall the browser?? if anyone has any possible info, please e-mail me/leave a reply back as soon as possible! Thank you.
