Cant install flash plugin ( CS5 )

greetings~
the installations, i have repeated for numerous time, still have the same problem. done full cleanup,still got problem. any ideas?

only ram is not sufficient-i got 2gb only

Welcome to the forum.
Where did you install the trial?
Is your User Account set to Administrator?
Can you launch from Windows Explorer, if you Rt-click and choose Run As Administrator?
Do you have a networked environment? If so, can you please describe?
This is a general CHECKLIST of installing Adobe products. Look over it, just in case you see something that you did not do.

    as i stated in the topic i cant seem to install flashplayer for those 2.
    just to give you all a general information i have a core i5 760 cpu on asus p7p55d-e pro motherboard with 4gb of memory and gtx 480 as my system. when i used internet explorer flash was working properly it also works properly in google chrome but it doesnt play movies in steam client leaving a message in the middle that i need the latest version and i cant seem to install firefox plugin anyway too it redirects me to do it manualy and thats where problems start.
    when i go to flash website from ie or chrome it shows i have the latest version available installed but it doestn work with steam and firefox.
    what i noticed is when i download the latest version of flashplayer installer for windows 7 64bit either for ie or for other browsers and try to install it including running it as administrator the installer doesnt do anything that leads to install . what i have noticed is after i confirm in windows that i want to install it i get this little circle as my cursor for about 1 min randomly showing up and turning into normal pointer on top of that when i turned on task manager to see why is that happening i noticed that flash installer starts in services  tab one two or even three times at a time and closes itself to do it again one or 2 and one again. also noticed it showes few coppies of flash installer that appear in that time in my temp directory on disc C with weird names like quote:

    all in all im not so much bothered about firefox as i dont use it anymore but i wish i could install flash for steam

    p.s i tried ussing that flash installer in windows safe mode with no positive result.

    10.5.8 is the minimum OS version required for Flash Professional so you should be ok there.  Unfortunately there is not enough actionable information within your error summary.  DW036 errors can typically be resolved by following the steps listed in Install log error "Exit Code: 19" | Creative Suite 5, CS5.5.  Within the summary though I do not see what the conflicting process would be.
    I would recommend running the Adobe Support Advisor.  It will analyze your installation logs and attempt to identify a solution.

  • Can't update or install Flash plugin on my iMac

    Was asked in Safari 7.1 to update my flash plugin. OK, no big deal, I do it all the time. Only this time it gives me an error every time. I tried several ties including complete clean installs.
    Solutions? I need the plugin for a website I need to access. I realize I can just use Chrome instead but I like to use Safari for this website so I can let it play in the background while I use Chrome for my main browsing.

    If a complete uninstall/reinstall isn't working, then try booting into safe mode and doing the uninstall/reinstall.

    To boot into Safe mode, just restart your mac, and hold Shift until it starts loading.  You'll know it's working because you'll get a loading bar, and it will take a *really* long time to boot up.  Once you're in, try the steps again.  Once you've installed successfully (or you run into a failure again), reboot again to get back into normal mode.
    My thought is that something that runs in the background has an embedded WebKit instance that's keeping Flash busy.  If rebooting in Safe Mode does the job, then we'd be interested in looking at anything you might be running that you think could be a candidate.

    i need to install ver 10 because there is a site that i need to use the the 11 ver isnt working well with it.
    every time that it trie to intall a lower ver then 11it tells me that its isnt the most recent ver and that i cant install and i must install the newest ver.
    please help.

    IE9 is not supported on Windows XP, so I assume it's IE8 that you're using.
    You'll have to uninstall the current version before you can downgrade. Download the uninstaller from here: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player_32bit.exe Close IE before you run the uninstaller and then reboot.
    You can download an older version of Flash from here, but choose to Save it, don't choose Run: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html Close IE before you run it.

    I have plugin checker code in place, checking for Plugin 9.
    On a co workers computer at home, she is prompted to download the
    Flash plugin via a javascript alert window that says "Install" or
    "Don't Install". After doing the install, it continues to happen
    over and over. This ONLY happens with Flash Plugin 9. I am about to
    revert back to Actionscript 2.0 for this application and use Flash

    With my most recent update of Flash on 12/8/2014 I am having the same problem, but the Shockwave Flash Add-On is set to "always activate."

  • G570 - Cant install Flash - says mscms.dll

    Win 7, IE 9, 64 bit, virus off, logged on as admin, mscms.dll file is in the sys 32 folder.
    When I try to install Flash Player, I get an error that mscms.dll file is missing.
    Any ideas?

    tried to re-register the file and this was the error - module mscms.dll was loaded but the entry point DllregisterServer was not found.......make sure that "mscmd.dll" is a valid DLL or OCX file then try again
    also did a sfcscannow and these where the errors....

    Since You have tried scan now and the output put suggests that there is some issue with windows components
    I would suggest you should try windows repair  install
