Cant install Icloud on pc windows 7

I have a dell with windows 7 and I am trying to upload Icloud so that I can back up all my music I have downloaded from cds. During the final phase of installation, I am told that I cannot finish due to a system problem with Microsoft

If you're getting a message that says you have a valid Apple ID but not an iCloud ID it's because you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account using this ID on your PC.

I need to re-install iCloud on my windows 8.1 64 bit.

I keep getting a message that local files can not by synced or something to that effect and to re-install iCloud. I found iCloud 3.1 but that is only for a 32 bit installation according to the installation error message. I followed the link that was give but that if for Bonjour printing services and that link too was for a 32 bit installation. I appreciate any help.

Thanks for your response. Unless there is a work around that you can share with me, I'm afraid this doesn't work. When I try installing the 3.1 from Apple, it starts the process then stops and displays a message that the installer is designed for a 32 bit version of windows. Then it says to get the 64 bit installer from apple.com/support/downloads/bonjourforwindows.html. I follwed that link but that is for bonjour printing applications and again I get an error referring to a 32 bit version.

I have hunted all through the laptop and see no sign that any apple product has ever been on this laptop, yet iget errors during the install process that causes the installer to abort the install and go right to finish. I have tried to install Itunes repeatedly and it always fails at the same point. Icloud also fails to install. I get a message that says errors have been encountered, but no indication of what those errors are. can anyone suggest a fix for this? or tell me what it is I am doing wrong?

Cant install oracle 8i in windows 2003 server

hi,
I am a newbie in Oracle.While Im trying to install Oracle 8i in Windows 2003 server , setup is not running.It didn't show anything.When trying to run from auto run, after splash screen nothing came.I formatted hard disk,changed two more hard disks,.changed machine...but cant install it in no way... It is the same case in Windows XP home edition.
But it is running in one of my friend's machine(windows 2003 server)
Please help me with valuable solutions.

Did your friend install on W2003 or upgrade from an older version of the OS?
When trying to run programs on an OS that is not certified for the programs, it is hit-n-miss whether the OS actually has the support files needed for the programs.
Think about this: the Oracle environment needs OS support in the form of DLLs and other files. The contents of the DLLs are made visible as APIs. Each time Microsoft releases patches, it is possible that the APIs that Oracle used are changed. This is extremely true when a new version of the OS is released, and even more true with stripped versions such as XP Home.
If your friend installed and then applied patches, [s]he may have hit the proper API combination. If you appled patches first, you may have skootched your APIs to the point that Oracle can not longer install.
Even if you happen to get it installed, you run the risk of getting clobbered any time you install a new Microsoft patch. The risk is minimized when you use a certified combination of the OS and application.

I cant install any games on windows 8.1 enterprise

When i try to install a game on windows 8.1 enterprise, the setup menu shows up for about 30 seconds the closes
with no error message. ive tried running it as administration, windows 7 and turning internet off and turning my anti virus off also re installing my OS
the games ive tried:
shadows of mordor
borderlands the pre sequel
watch dogs
portal 2
Ive got a gaming pc so the spec isent the problem and theres newt wrong with the games ive used them on my laptop and
im having no problem installing anything else,. i did manage to install minecraft but anything higher than that wont install, please can someone help me as im completely stuck on what to do next

yes all these games are original and the only reason i believe it might be my windows is due the fact the games worked fine before i updated from windows 8 to windows 8.1 and all the games work fine on my laptop

Why cant install SB Audigy in Windows XP?

Sorry for posting again this matter. Just i still cannot install my Sound Card (SC) Audigy Platinum in Windows (even XP or Vista) anymore. The problem is, one day I installed a new LAN card, after rebooting my computer, the SC Audigy stop working. Then I try to install the drivers (from original CD) again, a message like this "...Cannot find any Sound Blaster products in your computer, pls make sure it is plugged in already..." appear, the result is that i cannot install the drivers (even Windows can detect my SC as a new unknown multimedia device). Afterall, i try to remove all other PCI cards (LAN card, firewire card because i worry that some conflict in IRQ occured) and install a new fresh Windows Xp, but the result also same, the message appear again. But one strange thing is, if I manually instruct Windows to install drivers by show it the \CD\Driver folder in the original CD drivers, then it works but the sound quality is very bad and cannot use EAX also remote control also. Pls help me with this problem. Thanks a lot!

Cant install Deskjet 870cxi in Windows 7

My new PC doesnt have a parallel printer port & the 870cxi doesnt have a USB. To sort this, I purchased a USB to parallel adapter, plugged it in but Windows 7 only then recognises the 870cxi as "USB2.0-Print", in the "Unspecified" list of devices, so it doesnt recognise it as a printer. Trying to install 870cxi drivers in Windows 7 doesnt work, as the 870cxi doesnt appear in the list of HP printers. Any thoughts/suggestions?

I seen your post on wanting to install your Deskjet 870cxi on your Windows 7 OS. I have researched this for you and found there is no downloadable driver anymore for this printer, only a USB connection using the in-OS print driver as you mentioned.

There is a problem with this windows installer package.
A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.
Contact your support or package vendor.

Microsoft have come up with a solution
It's called Microsoft Fixit

It allowed me to uninstall Bonjour with the standard Control Panel Uninstall could not (I got the same error message as the OP; I also got the same error message when trying to upgrade iTunes to 10.5.3)
With Bonjour uninstalled using Fixit, I upgraded iTunes successfully, then installed the iCloud Control Panel.
If you are trying to install new Apple software on your Windows 7 64 bit PC and are getting error messages that suggest a problem with Bonjour - especially ones that imply the installer needs to be 64 and not 32 bit, then you will not get anywhere without installing Bonjour first, either using Control Panel or failing that in this way.
Trying Administrator privileges will not work.

Cant install newest iTunes in Windows Vista - An error occured

I started to installing new iTunes and right before the end poped up this window -

I think it would be a good idea to scan for malware as malware often interferes with Windows Update.
Download Malware bytes and run a full scan, there is a free version:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
In services, check the Window Update service. It should show as "started" and start up type automatic.
The other thing is to run the system file checker:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
This will attempt to fix problems and if it will not run, that is another clue to the problem.

Cant install PhotoSmart B109f on Windows Home Server 2011

Hi - Looking for help to get PhotoSmart B109f Printer installed on WHS2011 (64bit). I downloaded basic drivers for Win 7 64 bit and extracted the files from the exe. I went to device manager and used "Update Driver" to install the driver and the device is listed under devices but not under printers. It's listed under "Other Devices" and is not functional. When I check properties of the device, the first item in the list is PhotoSmart B109 but it's got the yellow asterix and the error "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)" .
Any ideas how I can get a driver compatible with Whs2011?
