Cant login-pwd prompt says email is wrong, but it's not

I try to login w. my newly created password and username.  My password gets rejected, so i go to "forgot password," and put in my emial . then I get a message that says this email is not associated w. this account. I try every posible email, even tho i just created this account w. this email.  Then, I try to create an account w.that email address and it says that an account .w that email address already exists.  It also did nnoying things when I was tryin gto set up the account, like reject my screen name lesliecaplan bc it had invalid characters.  Trying to get an eprintcenter account has been a royal and riduculous pain.  I've been at it for about half an hour.  everything else w. my printer set upt went smoothly. would love a simple resolution.

Hi,
It might be as your eprint account was associated with Snapfish during its registration, therefoer retrieving the password via ePrint Center fails.
Try going to Snapfish and reset the password from there by clicking Log In > Forgot your password, then try using the same details to access the ePrint Center.
