Hi
To login in the admin tool you have to enter a valid user/password of the database.
Try with WKSYS, if the database was correctly installed you should be able to login.
Did you check the DB-URL, e.g. in ultrasearch.properties.

CE507-CDN - cant login using ADMIN/DEFAULT

I have a CE507-CDN probably running 3.0.2 software.
I wish to upgrade it to 4.1.3 ACDN but when it boots up at no point do I get an opportunity to stop the loading process.
I seems to be loading Linux and not IOS, pressing keys does not do anything.
Once it's finished booting I get a
login: prompt NOT a Username: prompt.
admin/default results in the word CISCO displayed and the words 'logins are disallowed'
If I enter root/default I can get a root prompt but seem to be in Unix type CLI.
I've tried all the software upgrade procedures and password recovery procedures but I don't get the boot sequece described on CCO.
I found a web page which describes performing the upgrade manually using Unix commands but it didn't work.
I've no CDM so can't run the wizard
Can anyone help, I've got 7 of these to do

Yes, I have seen this although it's been some time now. I just looked closer at you original note and see that you are running 3.0.2 RC something probably. Most of the time this would have required an additional CDM (Content Distribution Manager) whereby you would have upgraded through it.

Unable to make RMI-based JMX connection with post login stored admin creden

I've installed a stand-alone OC4J on a couple of servers with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.1 (Tikanga).
At one server I am not bale to start the OC4J properly.This server has two network adresses.

I don't know for sure, but perhaps the password encryption method uses something from the server to generate a key/seed for the encryption?
Try and manually reset the credentials to see if it helps
1. Edit the j2ee/home/config/system-jazn-data.xml file.
2. Find the oc4jadmin user entry and modify the credentials tag to look like the following
               <user>
                    <name>oc4jadmin</name>
                    <display-name>OC4J Administrator</display-name>
                    <guid>B23216B0102E11DDBF9DE5D93DCAFE54</guid>
                    <description>OC4J Administrator</description>
                    <credentials>!welcome1</credentials>
               </user>3. Restart the container and see if you can then login using oc4jadmin/welcome1.
No guarantees, but its worth a shot.

Can't Login to Admin Page

I have recently re-installed CF to work with WAMP 5 and its
Apache server. but now i can't login to the Configuration and
Settings Migration Wizard.
keep giving me the following error

error...

I rebooted without much success i still cant login to the
server administration.
Anybody have an idea how i solve this problem??

That didn't work either... there wasn't a htdocs folder in
Apache folder so i created one then copied the CFIDE folder
therein. When i requested the CFAdmin via
http://127.0.0.1/CFIDE/Administrator/
i got a 404 Error

the browser returned the index of /CFIDE/Administrator
instead of the login page.
The login page was only return after clicking on the
index.cfm link.
Note that every time i have reinstalled CF the first login is

NOTE my colleague installed CF on his laptop configuring CF
to connect to Apache from the installer and the Admin is working
just fine

Logging into Oracle Apps R12 throws error - "unable to authenticate session".
Earlier Guest user was end-dated which has now been removed and autoconfig was run.but still the same issue..(services were bounced too)
Guest user password is:ORACLE(uppercase) in xml file,dbc file,GUEST profile options..
could anyone please share such an experience encountered before and suggest resolution...

Sap B1WS - Unable to authenticate on the license server!

I've installed and configured b1ws according to the help file provided.
after creating a virtual directory in the IIS to the sample directory provided with the installation I receive the B1 Webservices login page but cannot login with the usual settings .
here is the settings I've used :
database server
localhost
dbtype sql 2005
dbname :mysqldbname
company user and password : a valid username and password with a pro user license.
license server :localhost also tried localhost:30000
language :In_English
I keep getting the Unable to authenticate on the license server!
error.
I also tried adding the ASP.NET account to the ms-sql databases with not change.
anyhelp would be much appreciate.

Yes, I am specifying the license server. I've tried it both ways (specifying and not specifying the server). Here is my code:

Wireless router cant login

I have the WRT54GS wireless router cascaded from another router. I forgot the password for wireless and cant login i tried 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2 and no luck any ideas? thanks

Check from the hardwaired computer what is the default gateway ...... by default it should be 192.168.1.1 .......... Use the same in address bar of browser ....it will ask you for username & password .....
If you had not changed the password of router while installation of the router for the first time ...... then the password is "admin" (without quotes) ..... no username required ....
If it is not working .... you need to reset the router ..... for few seconds ....
After that again try admin password ...........

weblogic credentials are different.
and using thode credentials I am able to login to weblogic server
the users I am talking about is the process users defined in realm.
in realm those users are defined as Default authenticator and OID authenticator.

Trying to create a subscriber connection to the demoTopic, Ive set the user up in the principals.xml file(which btw works in 10.1.2 OAS) but doenst work in 10.1.3.1. Does anyone know where else I may need to setup security? I tried using the oc4jadmin as user/password, this also fails. HELP?

Mobile users - unable to authenticate or log-in

I am having some difficulty in allowing mobile users to authenticate and log-in to thier notebooks when they are away from the network.
Everything works great as long as they are attached. I think I have have configured the users correctly for mobile accounts - but obviously I am doing something wrong.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I believe we have resolved the issue in-house.
We were taking all of the proper steps to create a mobile user using Workgroup Manager and selecting the mobility preference. The user’s home directory did replicate correctly, but….
The issue is/was that when we create each user we create the user with the legal user name and two aliases. Alias number 1 is the users employee ID alias number 2 is the users firstname followed by the first initial of their last name.
When the user tried to login remotely the same way that they do when connected; using either of the two aliases, they were unable to authenticate.
You must use the primary USER ID.

it gives SP2-0614 error... Toad professional gives a different error. I could see that I can connect but cant login and use.
Is there any chance that the server can be controlled to support only specific versions of oracle clients connecting to it. (SQL plus used oracle client 10.1.0.3) and I could see that the server's version is 10.1.0.4 .
I wanted to know if the server can be restricted as there is some chance of admin doing this. If I can confirm this , I can proceed with fixing. Hence I wanted to know what versions server is currently supporting?

I have a problem. My company needs to some users restrict logon to PC. I have a few users with logon restrictions and they havnt login sharepoint web application for my intranet web.
User1 have login to my domain controller name for authenticate some web browser application. But cant login sharepoint web application. I have changed User1 logon to all workstation can login sharepoint.
Please tell me sharepoint authentication mechanism and how to resolv my problem?

So if a user has the userWorkstations attribute set, they cannot log into SharePoint? Have you tried adding the SharePoint servers into the userWorkstations attribute?

To change the iCloud ID on your phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
