Cant make calls??? iphone 4

I dont have any sound when making call over call app!
Used Iphone configuration utilliti and get:
Nov 14 05:28:47 unknown kernel[0] <Debug>: AUD10: I2C write failed (4): device error
I am really deperate, need help please or any kind of information!
What can I do to get it work, i love my iphone 4 ?

Did you manage to resolve this issue and if so what did you have to do?

I am facing the same issue! I bought 5c few days back
and everything was fine till I updated the software 7.0.4!
Whenever am connected to wifi am unable to make a call and if someone tries
Calling me they get the message that my number is not
Reachable! When I go back to 3G the calls work perfectly!!
Please help me out since I use wifi more than my network.
Appreciate any advise on this

I Took this ad because i had an option for SIM card now i came to know i cant make calls or dnt receive any msgs then what purpose with this sim option

And just to expound a little more on Johnathan Burger's response, you selected this option to have access to the cellular data network which allows you to use your iPad where there is no WiFi network available to connect to the internet.

=> Most of the time I CAN'T CALL anybody and call even don't take 3 secs , drops within 3 secs but i can RECEIVE calls, texts. It will accept in-coming calls but if I try to call out, it immediately goes to "call-ended"I am sure its not carrier problem coz i have tried my sim in other phone to call and it works on other phone in the area.
Troubleshooting steps
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad running iOS 8.
Tap on General.
Tap on Handoff & Suggested Apps.
Turn the Handoff option Off and then back On again.
Tap General at the top to return to the previous menu.
Tap Settings at the top to return to the previous menu.
Tap on FaceTime.
Turn the iPhone Cellular Calls option Off and then back On again.
Reboot your iPhone or iPad.
Repeat this process with every device you'd like to use.
Try placing a test call to see if the issue is resolved.

Resetting Network settings
Holding both the power and home buttons until the device powers off, may take 10sec. Let go of both as soon as screen goes black.

Iphone 4 it doesn't make calls. Receives calls,emails messages,but cant make calls!!!

I just have it for 2 weeks and twiceit stops making calls!!!
Only after reinstating the factorysoftware it will make calls. I had the 3g version for 3 years never had thisproblem. Can someone help me on his matter?

I have done everything from reboot, to press the airplaine button, I have also had them change the sim card out. They say theres a tower down on my street and thats the cause of my problems. Should'nt my phone pick up another towers signals though...but anyway they said to call back by july 19th and find out if the tower is up by then ... after that if I still have a problem they will replace my phone under the 1year warranty

I've been having the same problem for a long time ever since I changed to a new phone provider with a new sim which works with other phone except my iPhone 4. I just wouldn't make call but can send SMS and receive calls. Now, when I turned off 'call waiting' I could make phone calls. Thanks a million again!
P.S. When I turn on 'call waiting' again I could make call without problem any more. What a heck!

Hi please help im frustrated, just got a new iphone4 all works well except at the top it says no service all of the time, in my settings it says sim not provisioned.
Am I missing something? I cant make or receive calls but everything else works fine.

Contact your cell phone provider, that is a carrier feature.
double check here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1937 to see if you're using a supported iphone carrier.

So my phone is connected to the network, but cant make or recieve calls or texts, as well as use the browser.
I recently dissasembled it, exactly how the videos said to on youtube, so im confident i didnt break anything when doing it, but maybe a connection inside or something is loose? Any suggestions?

If you can pass the tests Run the following:

If you have a full signal, you are connected to a provider. I would call Apple Support since you have a new phone which should still be under an active support agreement.

New update; cant make calls

My samsung galaxy s5 updated on the new lollipop version. Now i Cant make any or receive any calls. I am still able to send and receive texts though. Everytime i try to make a call it says "All Circuits are busy". I have tried restarting my phone and taking out my battery. I also reset all my settings. I am very frustrated especially when i try and call tech support and that doesnt even work. Any one else having this problem and have they found a solution to it?

I fixed it! You have to go into the app on your phone"My verizon mobile" and then it should log you in. Once on the main page scroll down to the "change features" tab.Once on that page scroll down all the way to the bottom where it says "advanced calling 1.0" and click the "+" then click "remove feature". After that click the "review" button and make sure you follow those steps to remove the feature all together. Once you do that restart your phone and you should be good to go! Still might want to go into verizon to find out why its not allowing HD calls, but until then at least youll be able to make a phone call!

Try going to the recent apps by double clicking the home button, then touch and hold an app along the bottom of the screen until they all start to vibrate and a red circle with a minus sign appears on the corner of each. Tap each red circle to dismiss each app. Then do a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears and it restarts, ignoring the red slider if that appears.

I had the same problem...
When I bought my Iphone,I did not have a way to use the 3g network without paying too much money so I disabled it and used Wifi whenever possible
When I turned off my Iphone,I was unable to send and receives calls and SMS
Then...I passed every single setting in my iphone and changed each one and it worked
After it happened a second time I tried to enable 3G again and...realized this is the problem
I don't know why but whenever I turn on my phone it wants 3G to be enabled for 1 minute or something or else there will be massive battery drain (4% per hour in standby) and will be unable to make calls
Maybe this is the same problem you have,I don't know

Cant make calls after I restart my Phone

Since the last update my phone have been acting strange. When I restart it (for different reasons) I can't make calls. I never get the chance to type in my pin. It just skips that page and goes directly to the homescreen. Also my home- and the button to the right doesn't work properly. The only way to fix it is to make a factory reset on the phone. I have tried to update it again but it doesn't solve my problem. Any suggestions?
