Cant open Premiere Pro trial
I have downloaded the trial of Premiere Pro but I don't know how to open it. There is a file on my desktop called "Premiere Pro" but it is full of many documents and none merely open the program? There is a "Setup" file which just leads me back to re downloading it and it tells me an "earlier version has been found" and that it "will be in the original file destination" or something. So confused.
Yes, you need to run the setup.exe and install the program. the warning probably indicates that that already has happened and the program is installed already. it can be run from your start menu then.

For Windows 7 you can go to, Start>All programs and check for Premiere Pro CC or simply search for it through start>Search program and files box.
For MAC go to, Applications folder>Premiere Pro CC and open the application

Error 16 when attempting to open Premiere Pro
I get an Error 16 message when attempting to open Premiere Pro trial. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. Followed the recommended suggestion to reset permission folders. Still no luck launching the application. I also noticed on the crash report EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV) and KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000000000000.
Any suggestions ?Thanks.. these recommendations had already been taken into account. The solution.. adjust the sharing & permissions settings in the Adobe folder.
- In Finder locate Library > Application Support > Adobe
- Then open the info window
- Unlock Sharing & Permissions
- Select Read and Write privilege for your user name
- Click the wheel at the bottom of the window
- Hit Apply to Enclosed Items...
- Click the Lock
- Launch Application -
I'm using windows 8 and when I open premiere pro then it says i need application manager, so i get it and that says i need adobe support advisor but that is discontinued and now i cant use adobe premiere pro. what do i do now?
Do a clean (re)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data when uninstalling.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

Premiere Pro Trial has expired
Why do I get the message "Premiere Pro Trial has expired" when I try to open my Creative Cloud software? Paying for software and not beeing able to work on it is a very bad deal.
Please click the License This Software button and that should fix the issue. You may need to sign in again with your Adobe ID.

I tried several times to download Premiere Pro trial om ny PC. On the web sait is written that programm is downloading and Creative Cloud is opened, but it's nowhere downloading programm. There is NO Premiere Pro in the list of Creative Cloud. Why??? How can I download it???
Creative Cloud will only list programs for which your machine meets the system requirements. Check the requirements and compare to your machine to see if/where the incompatibility arises.

Premiere Pro trial won't download and it isn't listed in my creative cloud
Premiere Pro trial won't download and it isn't listed in my creative cloud. It is frustrating... it says it is downloading but it makes creative cloud pop up and I then can't find it listed . I just want the trial. I have done trouble shooting on cchromeand on my computer.
See if your machine meets the system requirements for the software. CC will not list applications that will not work with the system.
