Cant play my itunes ringtones with i0s4 on my 3G 16gig?????

downloaded the i0s4 upgrade last night and it wont play my ringtones i have brought/downloaded from itunes, i can select to use the tones but phone just vibrates with no sound. but when i go into ringtones and select my downloaded ringtone it will play the sample. any help???????????????????

Cant play purchased itunes videos on 5k iMac HDCP error

After a few days of smooth sailing with my brand new 5k retina iMac I tried watching some purchased tv shows on itunes and I get this instead "THE SELECTED VIDEO WILL NOT PLAY ON YOUR DISPLAY This movie can be played only on displays that support HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection)". I was able to watch episodes yesterday with no issue. There are no external monitors connected. I'm on my usual secure wireless network. I'm running version 12.1.2.27 of itunes. I have tried restarting the system, and itunes but the issue persists. Access to the file is not the issue as the files do download and start to play anywhere on the timeline but get cut off after 3 seconds or so by the error message. I have not changed the display settings since unboxing and initial setup. The screen is at full resolution just like it was when itunes was playing shows and not giving me this error message.
Any one else got this issue?

Cant sync to iTunes even with latest software

I have an iPad Mini (1st gen) and i've updated it to iOS 7.0.4. Earlier today i want to sync music to my iPad but suddenly i realize. It wont work. My iTunes version is 11.1.3.8 (newest) I've tried rebooting and few other stuff i've read before. iOS 6 and iTunes 10 works perfectly.
Note: when i connect my ipad to my pc it popped up "Trust this computer?" window and i press trust.

It seems your music library was messed up. If the music have been synced on your iPhone once, then it's still possible to get it back with data recovery app. Below are the steps on how to recover your music from iPhone:
1. Download and run iPhone recovery app
2. Connect your iPhone to the computer
3. From the menu bar, choose Recovery from iOS device
3. The app will scan the lost music on your iPhone and display found items
4. Select a local folder to store the music you'd like to recover

I changed my apple ID and cant play movies/songs associated with old my old Apple ID.

I changed the ID associated with my itunes account, but now when I try to open any movies or songs purchased under the old ID I'm prompted to authorize my computer for the old Apple ID. I dont have access to the old email address and cannot remember what the password was for that ID. I even tried using my current Apple ID/password with no luck.

Your Apple id password is not necessarily the same as your log-in password.
The former is what you use to log-in to Apple services and sites. The latter is what you use to login to your computer. That does not change when you change your Apple ID password. Try the original computer login password.

I have a problem that I need to resolve...
Everything runs fine with Firefox, Chrome, IE7, IE8, Safari on Windows XP 32 bits as well as 64 bits, except on Windows 7 64 bits with IE9 64 bits and Flash 11.3. 64 bits. Furthermore, it's work with Windows 7 32 bits with IE9 32 bits and flash 11.3 32 bits.
After the flash client executes a "loadVoucher(drmContentData)" for the licences server, I receive as a response the error code 3303 ?
According to the reference of the runtime error, it's says that the content is expired.

Reacquire voucher from the server.
Have you met this problem already, if yes, how did you solve it?

yes, the encrypted content packaged with the policy.expiration.endData only with a date very far away.
I tested that with IE9 32bit on Windows 7 64bit machine, the video works. Flash Access response without any error.

I just updated to flash player 11.3 and now i can't play any DRM encrypted content anymore on windows.
I use SSL to connect to the DRM server, please help!

Cant login to itunes anymore with any of my iphones. I have 3. Now I get an error with the following for any phone I try: Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect. I have 2 separate Apple Id Accounts for each phone, both get the same error.
My password is correct and so is my apple id. Nothing has changed since I first set it up a long time ago. Worked fine in October.
Anyone have a clue what to do?

I did an upgrade and lost all of my music. i had most of the songs (1400) on an external hard drive. how do i put these songs in my itunes library.? i was able to get them on my ipod some how but i cant play from just the itunes

To import music into your iTunes library on the computer go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Add items to iTunes and follow the instructions
Delete the "songs" that do not play in your iTunes library and reimport them.

So, it would have to be in one of those formats. It can be a little confusing because the extension doesn't always tell you the codec that the video inside that file needs. You'll probably have to transcode the video with some other application or recreate it yourself.

hard drives will always crash, and you should ALWAYS keep a backup. it's surprising how many people still don't know this little fact about computers, and then they do nothing by cry when all of their data is gone.
let this be a lesson from here on out - ALWAYS KEEP A BACKUP OF YOUR DATA. the easiest way is to use an external hard drive.
there are apps that will allow you to get your music off of the iPhone, but they are not supported by apple.
and just because you think it's stupid does not mean it is done to annoy you. it was most likely done as an agreement with the music industry, but since no one here officially works at apple, we don't know the actual reasons.
also, you can "repurchase" the apps you have for free. you will be asked if you want to redownload the app. (i've done this.)
music (from what i understand) that was purchased on the iPhone but not yet synced can be synced without deleting it off of the iPhone, but this can only be done once (i think).
