Cant Play Songs

Question

I have spent the better half of 4 hours trying to get my itunes to work. I have followed all of the online instructions.  I also have AVG and that probably was the culprit.]
In a nutshell, I first tried to rename and old library file as the current......no dice
Then it tried the file "find tracks" as suggested by Turg.....no dice
Then I tried to take and old  .tmp file and rename it as iTunes Library....no dice
Finally I updated AVG, then disabled it...no change.
Even after updating and disabling AVG, I tried all the above again...no dice
I then decided to uninstall Itunes 11 and reinstalled 10.7 for WIndows 7, at first it wouldnt work, so I renamed a pre Sept 2012 library to my current Library...FInally I got an intact Library  (albeit 8 months old)
HOwever when I click on any track I get the error code of "..could not be used b/c the original file....etc"
I retried the find tracks program....no dice
As I looked closely in the Itunes Music folder, all the artists were there, but no tracks in those files.  I did find the tracks but it is inside the iTunes foleder...meaning it is in the C:\Users\Mark\Music\iTunes\iTunes\iTunes Music folder.
Any suggestions how to move the inner iTunes folder (which has 90Gig of music) to the primary iTunes folder without copy and pasting 90 gigs twice???
Need some help.
It should be noted I retried the "find tracks" program and attempted the iTunes/iTunes pathway but it didnt work.

You might try removing songs from ipod then de-authorize machine and re-authorize...then move songs back over.
