Cant re download old bought songs?
Cant re download old bought songs? i downloaded about 10 songs on my Iphone thru Itunes app and now i want them on my pc, when i go into Purchased on Pc Itunes no songs appear.
That doesn't make any sense, since ITMS explicitly
allows each song to be played on 5 different
computers. Each computer needs to be authorized to
play each song, but it's still possible. If you had
to pay for each computer you wanted to play the song
on, this authorization process wouldn't be possible
for sure.
Can you elaborate? Authorizations and playback are two different things.

Itunes - Downloading earlier bought songs
My problem is that I have bought this new MacBook Air and now i can't download songs I have bought earlier. When i go to reclaim them in Itunes i only see Films, Apps and Books and not Music. I hope you can help. Magnus

Re-downloading previously bought songs from itunes?
had my laptop stolen which had the downloaded songs that I had bought from itunes... is there anyway for me to re-download the songs I have previously bought onto my new laptop?!
If you didn't make a back-up of your purchases to restore from then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage." iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and in the circumstances you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. How do I download a bought song which did not download completely?
I recently purchased an album and one of the songs has not downloaded completely but if i look at purchased items on iTunes it is there as downloaded but not available to download again to complete the purchase. Any advice?

Lost Itunes Purchased music ... Can you download old purchased songs?
I just lost my entire music catalog and am trying to download my purchases that I have made with the iTunes music store. Anyone have any idea how to do this or if theres some kind of support number to call. I know you can view your purchase history on iTunes but how do you download them again if youve already paid

You may not want to "hold your breath", but my music library was restored free of charge by apple in less than 12 hours!
Just send them an email or contact customer support by phone (they're very helpful).
Do be sure to back up your files because they tell me they can only do this once.
Also visit an Apple store if you can, they have "genius bars" in them which feature Apple employees that will provide free technical support and answer your questions!!
See if you can get that kind of support the next time you purchase a PC from Frys...

Yes .Just add the songs to the iTunes library you use for the iPod touch and sync them.

I used to live in UK and purchased many songs from Itune. Now I am moving back to China and bought a new device.
After I change my itune acc to China, I cant access my old purchase. Can you give me some advice on how to download the old songs?You need to change back to UK account. All purchases are forever tied to the Apple ID that was used.

If I create a new apple id account on my ipod, will I still have all my music, apps, books and other stuff on my ipod that I downloaded and bought with my old account or will I loose everything; will I be able to still do the updates to those apps?
I really need help!I don't think you understood what I wrote. You don't HAVE to pay for everything if you are happy with using the other account for updates, etc. But if you don't want to do that then you will have to buy new copies of everything for the new account. There's only one purchase item per account, but you can redownload an item in the account many times.
The idea is this:
One computer, multiple devices, one Apple ID.
One user, multiple devices, one Apple ID.
The basic idea is that each user has an Apple ID under which he/she can manage multiple devices on a single computer.
Once you step outside of that model you create such problems as not being able to use or update apps purchase under one Apple ID when using a different Apple ID. Or not being able to easily sync one device on more than one computer. -

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

I bought songs on my laptop which synced to my iphone and iPad. But I can't find them on itunes library on my home computer. However, when I click download for the same song it says it has already been purchased. How do I find it on home computer?
Is your "home computer" the same as your laptop or are these two different machines?

I have the same issue...I called Adobe and they said that Acrobat 8 is not compatible with Windows 7 ...so I tried installing the suite again without Acrobat and still the same issue....does anyone know if this issue is resolved by getting the new CS5 suite??? That is my only option it seems like...no one knows what's going on with the internet issue....even Adobe

Hello Support have emailed a request before but it goes via Forums which do not help.I have come overseas for a few months and must still work, and need to have access to download software I have previously bought as own as I have a new computer. I have 2 versions of Master Suite and just need to be able to download one. Particularly Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat. The Lightroom version 4 is on this computer.I have been trying for months just to upgrade to Lightroom 5 too, but there is no option for this, other than having a whole package? Your site no longer allows one to download old software when a new computer arrives. You need a valid payment method even for free items. If you know the payment method is valid then contact iTunes.
