Cant remember my passcode and cant get the phone to sync to itunes
I cant remember the passcode to my iphone 4s and I can't get it to sync to iTunes to reset it either

Thanks for the question. The following resource provides troubleshooting information if you are having issues with your passcode:
iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode

If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer
If you see one of following alerts, you need to erase the device:
"iTunes could not connect to the [device] because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the [device] before it can be used with iTunes."
"You haven't chosen to have [device] trust this computer"
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Alternatively, place the device in recovery mode and restore it to erase the device:
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
5. iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device.

If nothing helps, you need to contact Verizon for information for an exchange or refund. This is a user to user forum, not Apple.
Apple's policy for a refund or exchange is within 14 days of purchase. Verizon's policy may be different.
Definitely try restoring .. hopefully you won't have to go through the hassle of an exchange. -

Flip the ring/silent switch on the left side of the phone from silent (red showing) to ring position.

I have tried to open Itunes and am getting the message "this copy of I Tunes is corrupted or is installed correctly". Any idea what I should do? had just updated the spftwear throtuh the site on my Ipad but it seems to be working ok?
Let's try a repair install of iTunes first.
Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", click "Change" and then click "Repair".

I have an ipod touch that is disabled and I get message to connect to itunes. When I connect to itunes, the response is unable to connect due to device password protected. It does not appear under devices so I can't get in to reset it. What can I do?

My iphone was not synced when I received it. I plugged it in to charge it, and it locked up my ipad. My itunes was not updated on my desktop, so I just updated it to itunes 10.6.3. I have restarted my computer, and nothing is changing. I can not get the iphone to move from the screen, its stuck on the itunes icon. Help please.

Q10 email send out is slow and easy get the phone heat to kill the battery life
I was happy to get the BB Q10 form day one even pay neary $6000. After that I feel I'm stupid of my choose.
They have ton of problem which I'm not expect will happen on today BB.
1) email sent out is quite long and time spend than any BB bold . That's mean when I using roaming, I need to pay more than double cost to send out my email.
2) if attachment over 2M size, it taken almost 1 min sent out, some time is longer than that. !!!
3) poor receiver, that's terrible receiver compare with HTC, Phone and Samsung. This is direct inference the data transmission.
4) stupid function on touch screen for copy and paste ! Why BB delete that function on key pad on Q10 ?? The user take Q10 instead of Z10 because they like the keypad function instead of finger touch. This is command sense, otherwise they don't need Q10 anymore ! I have no idea what Q10 designer thinking ?

Legacy BBOS used BIS, BB10 does not. In some regions pricing plans with BIS enabled nearly unlimited data when using BIS as the data channel. Since BIS is not in play, the normal data channel is used, incurring whatever fees are dictated by your subscription plan (which is a matter between you and your mobile service provider).

BIS provided some compression as well as a somewhat dedicated data channel. The generic data plan has neither of those, and hence is subject to whatever issues may exist on that (network congestion, etc.).

I do not understand this one..."receiver" is not descriptive enough to help understand what you intend to communicate.

Consider it this way -- nothing was deleted from the past. Rather, BB10 is a totally new OS, built from the ground up. Many of us would have preferred that the designers took into account many of the legacy features and functions, but alas they did not. But that does not mean anything was deleted, for BB10 is totally new...it is NOT an evolution from legacy BBOS.

I need to get the photo's synced via ITunes from my IPhone to my Windows PC
Due to a hard drive failure I have lost all my data on my Windows Desktop. I have synced most of the photo's on my IPhone 5S on iOS 8.1.2 via ITunes however it seems I cannot do the reversal to get the photo's from the IPhone to my Windows Laptop. Has anyone got any suggestions to help??
The only photos that you can put onto the drive of the computer from the phone are the ones in the Camera Roll. Those are done via the Import utility in Windows. Photos that have been synced to the iPhone via iTunes would have to be taken from the iPhone via a 3rd party utility. You cannot sync photos that have been synced to the phone back to a computer via iTunes. It does not work that way.
There are a number of 3rd party utilities that you can use, but TouchCopy by Wide Angle Software is a good choice. I have used it before, and there is a free trail or a purchased alternative, depending on how much you need to do. That also will allow you to archive voicemail, SMS, and other data from the phone, if you did not have a backup of your iTunes library on the desktop. Remember the photos that were synced to the iPhone were done so in a reduced resolution, so you would not be getting them back in the same size and resolution as you synced them. Also understand, that if you did not have a backup, you will need to move music as well, or it will delete all of the music on the iPhone. -
I purchased a new phone today... how can I get my 4G to sync with my Itunes so my music and apps will transfer onto it. Do I restore my back-up or set-up as a new phone (these are the two choices I am given)?

Do you have the PB G4 in your signature? Are you running at least 10.4.11 and iTunes 8.2? Those are the minimum requirements.
If so, try reinstalling iTunes. If that doesn't work, remove and reinstall AMDS:

Maybe try settngs - general - reset - reset network settings. Is anything recognized? Did you have a connection before? Go to settings - wi-fi - press the arrow on the network and select 'forget this network'. then try to reconnect. Turn off your router then turn back on.
