Cant reset my security questions?
I can't get to the page to change my security questions. I never set them up but it always comes up with two questions that I cannot answer and therefore cannot access itunes on my phone.

1. If you have a valid rescue email address, then use this procedure:
Rescue email address and how to reset Apple ID security questions.
2. Fill out and submit this form. Select the topic, Account Security. You must
have a Rescue Email to use this option.
3. This is the only option if you do not already have a valid Rescue Email.
These are telephone numbers for contacting Apple Support in your country.
Apple ID- Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security. Select
the appropriate country and call. Ask to speak to the Account Security Team.
Note: If you have already forgotten your security questions, then you cannot

i still cant reset my security questions and ive followed the steps provided by itunes i dont know what to do
What have you tried ? If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 . If you mean that you're aren't getting the reset link as described in the steps half-way down this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312, then that will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account.
If you aren't getting the link then you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

I'm from Greece and i cant figure out this situtation because i dont know where i should call for support.If you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a rescue email address on your account, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will have to contact Greece Support (that must also be the country on your account) to get the questions reset.

I can't reset my security questions and answers. Every time I try to have the reset link sent to my rescue address all it does is ask me to verify the email. I keep doing this and still it wont give me access to the reset questions. Anyone know what else to try?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

You've followed the instructions on the HT5312 page that you posted from ? Go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of your account's page and on the right-hand side of the screen do you see a reset link (under the two questions) ? The rest link will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same as an alternate email address) on your account.
If you don't get the reset link then you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

Help! I cant reset my security questions. I went to apple.com support and clicked manage account and change password/security questions but I have to have my security questions to access the page to change them!
