Cant see effect editing pop up window

So I'm using Garageband and this new problem starts happening. When I try to manually edit the settings on an effect (like reverb) there is normally a pop up window. Well, now there isn't as you can see from this screen capture the pop up window called reverb should be in the forefront:

But it's not. The only time I had a similar problem was when the window was opening so far off the edge of the screen that I didn't see it. I don't think that's the case here. I tried restarting garageband, restarting the computer, even repairing permissions (who knows). I tried resizing the pixels of my screen. no luck.
any ideas??

Welcome to Apple Support Communities
To authorize a computer with iTunes, open iTunes and go to Store menu (on the menu bar, at the top of the iTunes window) > Authorize this Computer.
If you are using iTunes 11 for Windows, you may not be able to see the menu bar, so press Alt and S keys

Cant see effects in Bridge CS5

As per the title here, I can't see effects in Bridge.
Can anyone help?

You don't preview effects, only animation presets and even then only the ones that are specially prepared. If those don't show up, reinstall Quicktime.

I have used Lr many years without problems. Now it is inpossible to edit . Can not see the editing in main window only in the small thumbnail. Suddenly it is not possible to import raw-files from my Linux camera ( it worked earlier)

Editing mode does not work. I can not follow de editing in the main window. I cah see it in the thumbnail.

From your description of the problem, I suspect that you have a standalone license but have downloaded and installed the CC update. Or, it's the other way around. In either case, you need to install the right version.

I assume that you have installed the fonts.

You will have to disable downloadable fonts to make Firefox 5 use a locally installed font. 
That will however effect all pages that use downloadable fonts.

You can set the pref gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled to false on the about:config page.
To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page. 
You can use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a pref more easily.

Symbol in annotation PDF, the symbol appeared as box in edit pop up

We have received a correction with ~ symbol in annotation PDF, the symbol appeared as box in edit pop up window whereas the symbol displaying correctly in comments tab (see gsf_341.png).
Request you to analyze the reason for the different display.

That's a font issue you are seeing.
As to the reason. It would depend on the workflow used.
It could be that the original replacement text was typed in a text-editor using a particular font and then copied and pasted into the comment in Acrobat. When you copy and paste text, if the font that is applied changes it could be that the new font doesn't support particular characters, in those cases a small square box can appear.

The positioning of color palette pop-up window in CS6

I just updated to CS6 and noticed a very annoying phenomenon.
The screenshot is my top right corner of the monitor. As you can see, the color pop-up window goes beyond the monitor. Since you can't move the pop-up window at all, there's no way I can change the color for any Filters unless I move the Properties window in the middle of the monitor. Has any of you experienced this issue? Any workarounds? I'm running Fireworks CS6 12.0.0.0236 on Mac OS X 10.7.4. Thanks!

The distance horizontally between the color chip and the color picker is unusually large in that screenshot. On my setup (FW CS6 on Mac OS 10.6.8), the color picker appears consistently very close to the color chip, even if I drag the Properties inspector to the top right of the screen.
Do you still have CS5 installed, and does the same thing happen there? The arrangement of panels seems very unusual... Is it possible there might be an unexpected interaction between them? (Have you observed this issue with one of the default workspace arrangements?) It's not a very satisfying workaround, but you could use your Swatches panel as a color picker replacement; they're linked in CS6.

Pop-up window disappeared

Lightroom 5 suddenly not showing the what to edit pop-up window when I chose edit in photoshop cs6. What can I do to have the pop-up window to show?

There are two possibilities here. If you are editing raw images, and Lightroom and camera raw are both up to date, that message will not appear. The other possibility is that when that dialog displayed you checked the "do not show again" check box. If you go to your Lightroom preferences and reset all warnings, that could fix the second possibility.

Cant see my full view in edit window

Hi im new to mac and logic 9. In my edit window where you record your music, I cant see the full veiw of the edit window. I mean, at the top where you have the numbers on the ruler that makes up bars, I cant see the first bar. My view on the ruler in the edit window starts at 2 and goes on. How can I set it where I can see the full view of the ruler starting at number one? Thanks I hope at said this right.

ACROBAT XI Pro -EDIT TOOL SET - POP-UP WINDOW IS TOO LARGE

Good Day -
I've been experiencing very nagging problem since installing recent Acrobat Xi Pro uodate (on windows 7 system):
Specifically - I cannot edit/change the TOOL SET to include needed TOOLS (i.e., that were all previously in my Tool set) as the EDIT TOOL SET WINDOW (i.e., pop-up
window) is TOO LARGE and does not allow scrolling/ or moving down to SAVE any tool sets and or tool set changes. Very frustrating as all attempts (and recommendations from reviews/support) for decreasing the size of EDIT TOOL SET WINDOW (popup) in order to save (i.e. include ANY) tools have been unsuccessful. So for past week I've been unable to include/use any TOOLS for working in (i.e., editing/commenting etc) pdf's. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Would greatly appreciate any / all steps & recommendations for fixing.

First, make sure you are on the latest update 11.0.09. Help->check for updates should get you there.
If check for updates says that you have the latest, see if the setting: Edit->Settings->General->Basic Tools->Scale for screen resolution and try various options (you'll have to restart Acrobat with each selection)

Hi, the problem is that i don't see the files in two windows, so i cant make any video, the files simply are not depicted in those windows

SO the source window and the one next to it are just black windows , i tried to import a video and only the sound is played, but i cant see the video itself.what is wrong and what should i do?

Yes, we are talking about FCP X...this is the thing:
I worked on a project a few days ago and went to share - export movie.
Today, i opened the FCP again, to make some changes, and when i enter to the project, it shows me as one big clip.....i dont see it says compound clip....and i tried anyways pressing break appart clips...but nothing....could it be that i made it compound before exporting it..? if so how can i recover the un-compound version >?
I tried to import the saved .mov file, but it opens the same....as one long clip...

I just statred Flash CC for the first time and it seems that the text within the pop-up window (dialog box) is mis-aligned and not allowing me access to the command buttons, nor all the text. (ie: the NEW Template Box, can't see but 2/3 of the content)

the GUI is so hard to read (so small) I enlarge my Ps UI by the instructions below...which helped a lot.
