Cant see Purchasing organisation for 0vendor

Hi,
I have a requirement to calculate total suppliers or vendors & common supppliers based purchase organisation
so when i fgo to 0 vendor I cant fin d the purchase organisation field over there
as this report need to be done using master data how can be this done

I can see purchasing organisation as an attribute of 0plant in 0vendor
our client vendor information is based on purchasing organisation but not on plant,here plant and purchasing organsiation are same so it is not mandatory that in vendor master table LFA1 they wont be entering plant data
where as they will enter vendor wise data based on purchasing org in table LFM1
but our datsrc 0vendor_attr get data only from LFA1
in order to get data from LFMI vednor data based on purchase organisation should i create my own master datasrc

Hi,
You can do it with Personal Setting option which is available in purchase order header level.
Click on this button, Go in Defaults Values.
Enter material type, purchasing org. and other required detail.
Then always at the time of purchase order creation you got same material type and purchasing org.
Note: You can do it for only one material type and purchasing org.

Two purchasing organisations for one user

Hi Experts,
We are running SRM 4.0, extended classic scenario with a large international setup.
I have an issue with purchaser that need to be able to shop for two different pur. orgs. in two different company codes (A & B).
I have added both A & B in the Company Code attribute for the user.
And I have made both the local purchasing groups for A & B responsible for the purchaser.
When I create a SC I can select whether to use Company code A & B and I can select the matching Purchasing Group. When I finish the shopping cart the order is created in SRM with correct the Local Purchasing Organisation which the Pur. Group I chose belongs to.
But when it is tranfered to R/3 it is allways assigning pur. org. A. (also if the order in SRM has local pur. org. B). This results in a error, if the purchase wants to make a purchase for Company B.
Is it not possible in SRM to able to chose more than one backend pur. org.?

I don't suppose you have found a solution here?
What I was thinking is, that you should try using the GUID of the purchase order from SRM and use it in the function module BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2 to test which data are getting sent from SRM to R/3. You know you can find the GUID of the PO from transaction BBP_PD with BUS2201, and this GUID is the only thing needed to test the function module. This FM is sending your shopping cart/PO data from SRM to R/3, so if you can debug this to see that here the p org is correct, you would know that the error occurs in R/3.
On the other hand you could also see in BBP_PD for the purchase order in SRM if the p org is already wrong here?
Cross buying is possible, so hopefully you get to find your error. Otherwise post a reply here, we'll figure something else out.

To find purchasing organisation for material

Hi Experts,
Sounds quite a trivial query but i really could not find the way out to link material with purchasing organisation.
Please note that we do not want to use Puchasing Info record tables. This is so because requirement itself says automating the PIR creation process through ME11. and for that we need to filter out materials which have a specified Purchasing Organisation.
Now you may ask a question as to how Purchasing org is maintained on the very first place. This has been created via provision in ISR webform for creating material.
I hope i have made my query clear enough. Seeking your expert advise on the same.

I think you can not find Purchase organization for a material as one maerial may come from multiple purchase organizations
(However it depends on the Buisness process) but you can find purchase ogranization with material and plant combination.

in IMG tree you have a page icon in front of the execute icon .
If you want to know the purpose of a certain IMG knot, then you should click this icon.
However, I gave you the links to let you know that any organisation form is possible.
1 purchasing org for several plants
and several purchasing orgs for just one plant.
And an each organisation you can do a STO.

Extract Purchasing organization for 0vendor

Hello Experts,
I am trying to extract the purchasing organization (EKORG) field for 0VENDOR using the standard extractor 0VENDOR_ATTR which gets data from the table LFA1. I am planning to pick this field from the LFM1 table. However, I am confused regarding one thing. In our organization, a vendor can be assigned to multiple purchasing organizations so when I use the condition to fetch EKORG when LFA1-LIFNR = LFMI-LIFNR, I may get multiple values. How should I go about this.

Hi Rishi,
As you said, if each vendor can be in more than one purchasing organization, you cannot load that attribute into 0VENDOR. What you need to do is create a new infoobject, compounding 0VENDOR and 0PURCH_ORG. But this will make sense if you want to load attributes of the vendor that depends on the purchasing organization or know for which purchase organizations a vendor works.
What do you need to do?

I cant see purchased albums in itunes 10.3

I need to re-download my purchases but there is no icon to allow me to download them in the new iTunes 10.3 - I even purchased an additional single tto see if this activated the the Music icons.... this http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 doesnt work on my Win7 64 bit app!!! Help?

Just found this - I undertand now. So having dowloaded tunes onto my iPod touch version 4 - and synching. I have no way of re-downloading them in the UK! My IPodtouch developed an error and needed to be re-initialised and I thought that synching would have kept copies on the PC. No it didn't - I should have backed them up - Drat!!!!!! Back to the mercy of the iTunes Store Customer Service I suppose.

If you didn't make a back-up of your music/movie purchases to restore from (as you are advised to do) then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Products may only be downloaded once; after being downloaded, they cannot be replaced if lost for any reason. Once a Product is purchased or rented (as applicable) and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage" iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once

I Want to make a heading as BOLD but on my editor i cant see the option to make it as a bold
i have given the SMART STYLE....i can see all the styles in my style but when i come to TEXT and write a heading...when u want to make it as a bold the editor does bot give me the options.
how can i make it or what settings do i need to do to get the options.

Cant see Purchase analysis report of standard SAP B1

I am using SAP B1 2005 B , PL 36 facing Prob. that-
->though i make AP invoices , but cant able to see its report in Purchase analysis
, it does not show any data .just empty report comes without data.
But if i see Sales Sales Analysis report it shows perfect data in report.

Sridharan is not entirely right, the purchase analysis will include all valid A/P Invoices, even if they are paid. The only ones excluded are canceled documents, and since an A/P Invoice cannot be canceled, it is not a problem. If it is credited by a credit note in full, then it will not be displayed as the nett effect is zero. The purchase analysis will look at A/P Invoice less A/P Credit Notes, or GRPO less Returns, depending on what you select.
My suggestion is that you check all the options like from date and to date are correctly specified. Make sure you don't have properties selected that are not in use, etc.
If you still can't get data, please give us the exact options you are selecting so we can test and help you resolve. We need to know if it is Annual/Quarterly/Monthly, AP Invoices/Purchase Order/GRPO, Individual/Group, Posting Date/Due Date/Document Date, etc.

What do you mean 'it won't let me', what happens when you try to buy the item, if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

Please let me know if
the Photoshop CS5 you have, been upgraded to Photoshop CC or is it still showing CS5.
Incase it has been upgraded to Photoshop CC, then that is because CC is the most latest version(it has been released after CS6)
If you want to use Photoshop CS6 then you can do that by choosing the option in the drop down menu at the bottom left hand corner
of the download page of photoshop in www.creative.adobe.com.
