Cant seem to connect to internet

since I installed leopard I cant seem to connect to the internet from my wireless an home when trying with safari. I can connect at work through our network and I can at home if I use firefox. It does not make sense to me but the only thing different is leopard.

One thing to try is to restart your WiFi router and/or Cable Modem. Unplug them for 30 seconds and plug them back in.
It might also be a good idea to reset your iPad's network. Go to Settings-General-Reset-Reset Network Settings. You will probably need to reselect your WiFi router in Settings-General-Network-WiFi.

tried all the Certificate fixes and checked that the configuration has not changed since it has been working.
Getting rather desperate now so any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Can't seem to connect to internet...confused!

Hey guys,
I bought a USB wireless device to allow me to connect to the internet with my MacPro (didn't come with an Airport card installed).
It was one that I was assured would work and it has installed properly...
The problem lies when I'm trying to connect to the internet.
There is a wireless hub in my house - currently feeding two PC's - and via the Network settings, I've manged to connect to the hub. All the IP settings seem correct and it's saying that it's connected, with 'good' strength etc.
However, when I load up Firefox/Safari, it won't connect to the internet.
Is there something silly I've overlooked?

What kind of wireless security are you running? Also have you tried to ping the wireless router via Terminal? You could be connected but just not talking the right encryption with your wireless router.

I cant seem to connect to the guest network i created on the airport extreme.

i seem to have set the base station up ok, but setting up the guest network has me pulling my hair out, i have set this up on my mac however when i try to connect my ipad to the guest network it accepts the password but all i get is that pinwheel forever spinning and not actually connecting. also when i open airport utiliy and see the base station in the top left corner the button that says connected devices when clicked shows nothing, they are greyed out, however when i click on the base station i do see my ipad and iphone and mac.

Whethere or not the guest network feature will work correctly depends on what type of device is providing your Internet connection.
The Guest Network will work if you have a simple modem.
Unfortunately, most Internet Service Providers furnish a modem/router to their customers.....which will not allow the Guest Network feature to be activated correctly.
If you are not sure whether you have a modem or modem/router.....post back with the make and model number of the device that you call your "modem".

Cant seem to connect to localhost

working, I had thought that the driver would load when I
loaded the mysql

Cant seem to connect to my router to get my WPA

I am hooking up my second pc and I am running my Linksys router on the main PC and a NETGEAR usb adapter on the second. My second pc is finding my router but it needs the WPA passphrase. No problem,right? So I go to my main pc,type in 192.168.1.1 and nothing happens. Just a white page with no errors. I turned off my Mcaffe firewall.....still nothing. This never happened before. Does anyone have any clue as to wht I can do?

First of all check the IP Address you are getting on the computer which is connected to the router via an Ethernet cable.To check the IP Address...Click Start... All Programs >> Accessories >> Command Prompt...A black box will appear(Command Prompt)...In the Command Prompt window type ipconfig and press 'Enter'...Look for Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection IP Address , Subnet Mask and Default Gateway... IP Address should be 192.168.1.x, Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0, Default Gateway : 192.168.1.1 (assuming your router is 192.168.1.1)...
If you get the above mentioned IP Address, Subnet and Gateway then you should ping the Gateway then,
type ping 192.168.1.1(default gateway)
If you get 4 replies then,Adjusting Browser Settings : Open an IE, click Tools >> Internet Options, then delete all files, cookies, history, forms...Goto "Connections", make sure Never Dial a Connection is checked, click on LAN Settings and make sure all the options are unchecked...Once you are done click on O.k...Close the IE and re-open it...
Use the default gateway to open the setup page of the router.

According to your description, my understanding is that when you configure the app store environment, then it occurs the error.
I suggest you can check the points below:
1. Make sure your app domain works fine.
2. Make sure App Management Service and Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Subscription Settings Service is started on your server.
3. Make sure App Management Service Application and Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Subscription Settings Service Application is started.
4. Check the detail error message of ULS log to determine the exact cause of the error.
Also, I suggest you check if you have active the internet access to the Store feature.
Dive into Central Admin->Manage Web Applications,
select the web-application and up in the Ribbon, select Manage Features
now ACTIVATE for internet access to the Store!

Iweb connect to internet

Hi, I am using Lion OS 10.7.2 and recently update the iWeb to 3.0.4. Now my iWeb seems not connect to internet.
When I use google map widget, the interaction windows won't appear like usual.

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. Give this a try:
1 - go to the System/MobileMe preference pane and log out of MMe.
2 - login with a bogus username and password. This clears the caches.
3 - login with your correct username and password.
4 - launch iWeb and try again.

Cant connect to internet using airport?!!!

Suddenly and out of nothing, I just dont seem to be able to get connect to internet using airport. I restarted all devices but it still not working. Though I can connect to my wireless network using airport, I cant use the internet. I can use the internet from other devices and I've already checked my settings.

Hi - what do you mean when you say that you "installed Airport Express on laptop" - do you mean "with your laptop using the Windows 7 version of the Airport Utility? - and what wireless router are you referring to? - if you clarify these issues, maybe someone can help you

Airport express cant connect to internet through linksys wrt54g router

Hi, i need some help.
I have an airport express that i cant seem to get to connect to the internet.
I have a cable modem to linksys wrt54g wireless router. An xp computer connected by LAN to the router.
An Imac wirelessly.
An xp laptop wirelessly.
And a printer via the LAN
All work just fine.
But when i configured the aiport express to be a wds for the linksys to increase the range for my laptop or imac for that matter. It displays a green light, but has no connection, because it doesnt give the laptop or the imac a correct ip adress, that is what i seem to think the problem is.
Please can someone help, i'm desperate.

Nokia 5800-cant connect to internet

hi i have a 5800 for few weeks now and internet used to work well.all of a sudden i cant connect anymore,tried different access point including wlan but still wont work and at times it seems to initiate browsing however it immediately stops and then the screen jam or froze.

im not really good @ gadgets but when i first used my 5800 everything seems straight forward.immediately i managed to connect to internet using "contract internet" as access point and with wlan,I only have to key in the WEP code of my linkys and it worked well.over last few days i've been enjoying browsing the internet using different access point.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
