Cant send BBM's

Hi, my name is Khatija.. I am having a problem sending bbm's. i can receive the messages, but cannot sent. the tick appears next to the message but it does not get delivered. I tried everything, deleting it and re-installing it, rebooting, and nothing seems to be helping.. Please help!!!

Jambo I thought you said above that your issue was the same as the initial post that you can receive all bbm messages fine. Not just those from within your building.

URGENT!!! Cant send pictures on BBM

Hello everyone,
My bbm was working fine for a year, but since last month, i cannot send pictures ... I tried to google it alot, normally the things that come up suggest that I need to resize the image etc etc ... but my problem is different ... When i choose a picture to send it ... there r two buttons i m supposed to choose from ... "Send" and "Cancel" ... I keep moving my trackpad but it never goes to the "send", it only highlights the cancel button ... Its like its not even an option ... I used to send pictures just fine before, dont know whats up with it now ... I cant even highlight "send" apart from choosing it as an option ... Plz help ... I have tried deleting bbm, re installing it, everything worked fine but still, cant send pictures ...

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.
Now, try the send option again.
If it still does not work, you need to call the technical support for your mobile carrier and tell them to have this issue escalated to RIM level tech support.

Cant send a bbm to one number

Over the past couple of days I have been trying to send a bbm to my brothers number and he isnt receiving them but my partner can send him a bbm and it works ok. I can send bbm to everyone else. Can anybody help?

I would suggest removing this affected contact and then re-add them via PIN. If the issue still persists, then I suggest sending me a private message with your PIN number so I can investigate further.

Cant send texts

Hi,
I haqve just moved to Tenerife and got a movistar sim. I can recieve calls and texts but cant send texts. I have tried to resend the service books but it wont allow me saying "your device had a problem connecting to the server". When i try send a text it says "requested facility not implented". What do I do?

Text messages, such as SMS? Those are not enabled by Service Books.
I found this:
Cause No. 50 - requested facility not subscribed.
This cause indicates that the user has requested a supplementary service which is implemented by the equipment which generated this cause but the user is not authorized to use.
What it means:
The switch looks at the number being dialed and thinks it is for another service rather than ISDN. If the phone number is put in the correct format, the call should be placed properly. There are no standards for this, all Telcos have their own system for programming the number formats that the switches will recognize. Some systems want to see 7 digits, some 10, and others 11.
I'd recommend you call Movistar and see if there are SMS encoding settings or a switch they must make on their end.

Can't email or send bbm messages

Can someone help me please? I use my blackberry from south africa here in canada......everything was fine i used it with wi-fi...but yesterday i took out the simcard....for no reason....and now i cant send or receive emails...and cant bbm my chidren or receive....it keeps on sayin Blackberry ID service temporily unavalable...please it is the only contact i have with them back home!!!

Your SIM card contains all the necessary services for your BlackBerry® smartphone. If you remove your SIM card, your services will no longer be registered on your device. This means that without your SIM card, you cannot use any BlackBerry® services such as BBM™.

Cant send multiple picture from nexus 5

Cant send multiple picture from nexus 5. Since latest upgrade. Only one by one. Can select multiple but only one can be sent.

As far as I can tell BBM sends a compressed copy of the picture first as you can set BBM up to auto accept requests. When that picture has transferred, underneath the picture will be a button to request a higher quality picture which gets sent to the sender, not sure if sender has to accept or if it auto accepts, but is a good idea for people on networks that don't have unlimited data in their bundle.

By the way, picture go through as MMS not SMS, do you have a SMS/MMS plan with your carrier?

Which operating system are you running on?
Are you trying to send via an application like Outlook or direct to your service provider?
Can you validate your email account in Edit -> Preferences -> Email ?
Do you get an error message?

I did speak a bit too soon it seems - while I can now send messages again from my iPad 2, it still doesn't show me messages that were sent to me via my telephone number. Which is weird, because in the "You can be reached by iMessage at:" setting I do have my telephone number checked.
At this moment I have set my iPad 2 and iPhone 4's "Start new conversations from:" setting to my Apple ID e-mail address. This way at least I can send messages *and* receive messages if people don't use my telephone number to send me messages...
So yes, you should probably wait a while before restoring your iPad 2 - it doesn't fix things completely.

Cant Send Calendar Invites

Cant Send Calendar invites ... the Button is grayed out any suggestions.

But it's not that the "send" button at the bottom is grey. The part I'm trying to use is the "invite again" feature from the drop-down menu next to each attendee, where it gives you the options of "edit attendee", "remove attendee", "open in Address Book" "invite again" and "send email".
As of my experience, it only highlights if the attendee has refused the invite. Not the most practical.
