Cant sign into desktop creative cloud app

just purchased the creative cloud$260 bucks-for 1yr membership-prepaidof course, i can easily sign into adobe acc through browser, but it says iv signed out when attempting to sign into creative cloud desktop app.....see numerous of people complaining abt same thing just no responces from any support doesnt bold well for adobe and support help...fix Now or im returning this crap

    I just installed creative cloud onto my laptop. I paid for a photoshop subscription and I'm trying to download it, but when I try download Photoshop, it opens my creative cloud but it says, "You've been signed out" when I try signing in, it loads for a few seconds then it tells me I've been signed out again.

    Please delete OOBE folder from this location and it should fix the issue.
    Windows:
    C:\Users\abhijiku\AppData\Local\Adobe
    Mac:
    ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    Hi,
    Please see attached images. Everytime I try to sign into CC ap on my new 27" iMac it brings up a window that says I'm signed out. It will not open or at all. Ae also gives me this prompt and won't open. Please help I'm in the middle of a time sensitive project!

  • Desktop creative cloud app - keeps asking for sign in

    Hi,
    I have recently signed up for the Photoshop creative cloud package. I can use my Photoshop and lightroom fine but when I try to use the creative cloud icon on my desktop, it asks me to sign in which I do. It then says you have been signed out please sign in again. Which I do, over and over again. It just won't sign in. My log in details are fine as I can use them with my Adobe account without problems. It's just CC on my desktop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still get the same problem. I've looked on line and seen members encouraging members to delete certain files and alter files etc. But when I look for them on my machine it comes up files not found. I've made sure that the 'show hidden files' is ticked but still no result.
    Can anyone help with this please?

    Thanks for your help - I looked for C:\Users\<user account>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder as it said in the article you recommended - but it came back 'not items match your search' - I have made sure in the settings that 'show hidden files' is ticked.
    Any suggestions please?

    I can't sign into my CC account on my creative cloud desktop app.
    Whenever I type in my account details and hit "submit" I receive the answer: You have been signed out.
    I tried uninstalling the system and everything else, but nothing helps.
    Logging into my CC account in my browser works fine.
    System: Mac OS X Mavericks
    The error has already occured before the system update.

    Seems like the fix for LR CC not launching is to sign out of the App. When I go to preferences and "sign out", nothing happens. It's dead.

    also at adobe.com I cant sign in, I have to go acrobat.com to sign in, what's up with that?
