Im able to sign into facebook via my ipad and laptop but not via iphone.

Check your internet connection on the phone. bring up safari and see if you can get a web site.

anyone else having trouble signing into Facebook via the Fios Widget? I use it to view photos on my TV but the past 2 days it's telling me the login has failed.. Signing into the site on my pc works fine.. I tried resetting both the router and doing the auto correct on my STB but it still says the sign in failed.. I haven't changed any settings for this to happen. OnDemand programming seems to be working fine, though even that was down yesterday.

Cant Sign Into Apple on iPhone

i have a iphone 4 that wont let me sign into my apple account i changed my passcode 4 times and signed in on my mbp but still nothing from the iphone can someone walk me through this?

I'm having the same problem. I have a valid iTunes Store account, and I can log in to that account from the "store" tab, but when I try to turn on Genius it refuses to recognize my account.
I have followed the steps recommended in this support document: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1389, with no luck. The problem as outlined in that document isn't exactly what's going on, either. I'm not being repeatedly prompted to authorize the computer, I just can't get Genius to recognize my account.

I'm going to start with the basic troubleshooting.
Clear your cache and cookies (for the affected site) to see if that makes a difference.

More info: I've combed through the settings in facebook and there is nothing that shows I'm blocking anything from accessing it.

Sure sounds like a Facebook setting. When you look at your Privacy Settings in Facebook (on facebook.com), you should see something under "Apps you use" that says
Turn off your ability to use apps, plugins, and websites on and off Facebook. After you turn this off, we will not store information about you when you use apps or websites off Facebook.
The "Turn off" is a hyperlink that shuts down the Facebook platform. If you don't see this, or if the wording is different, you may have (inadvertently?) shut this off, and should be able to turn it back on.
Edit: The sequence to that screen on facebook.com is: Privacy Settings (from the upper right dropdown), then "Ads, Apps and Websites" will have an "Edit settings" link to the right. This is where you'll see the "Apps you use" screen.

This only occurs when I attempt to go into iCloud setting in system pref's... I have attempted to change my password and also reloaded iCloud. Neither of these actions resolved the issue. When I open iCloud preferences in system preferences on my Mac, it prompts me to enter my appleID and password. Once entered, it just hangs...
What exactly did you do (verified your apple ID/iCloud but in a very difficult way)?

In the Finder use the Go Menu whilst holding down the ALT key.
Select the Library that appears when you do this.
Navigate to Containers/com.apple.soagent/Data/Library/Preferences
You will notice that many of the items are Aliases (to the Originals in ~/Library/Preferences).
But there are exceptions.
Delete (Drag to Trash) the com.apple.soagent.plist and com.apple.messageshelper.AccountInfoController.plist
Restart the Mac (I have not worked out is SOAgent launches when the Mac does).
Restart Messages.
If this does not work navigate to ~/Library/Preferences
In here find and Delete com.apple.ids.service.com.apple.madrid.plist
This will need a Restart of the app.
You will be asked Again for your Apple ID

Once the maximum number (three) of iCloud accounts have been created from a single device, you cannot create any more no matter what you do. You will need to create your iCloud account on another device or reuse one of the accounts that has already been created on this device.

Facebook via iPhone

I just posted on a friends wall for the 1st time via the iphone and noticed it said 830PM instead of 1130PM, which it should say.
So, I logged into Facebook via my computer, and it says the right time there.
Is there a setting I need to fix in my iPhone, clock maybe?

Facebook, like Apple Discussions, rely on providing information to Safari for the times. Do the times in Apple Discussions appear correct for your posts here?
If so, the issue is with how Facebook is sending the time data. When a web page sends the time and date, it typically does so in UTC/GMT, and relies on the browser to adjust it. Occasionally servers will send time with a different timezone, and rely on the browser to change it.
Other times the web server will send a static time, depending on how it detects the browser. Many mobile browsers don't adjust time, and so webpages may send data in "static" times to mobile users. The iPhone's Safari is capable of adjusting for time codes.
In an attempt to isolate the issue down, I asked if the times in Apple Discussions appear correctly when viewed from your iPhone?
If the times appear correctly in Apple Discussions, it is likely that Facebook is sending static times. If they don't appear correctlin in Apple Discussions and Facebook, the issue may be software related on your iPhone.

Firefox stops responding for about 30 seconds after hitting Enter on any website's search bar, even the built in Google search or when signing into Facebook.

As the title says, I run Firefox Beta 6 and just reinstalled Windows 7 Professional on my system due to seriously messed up Windows update, and when I downloaded and installed Firefox, I noticed every time I searched using the Google search next to the URL bar, FF would freeze for about 30 seconds to a minute, with nothing running in the background and no other programs running. I also disabled all Add-Ons and it still continues to act up, so that leads me to believe it's a FF issue, but even on every other website when using the search bar as soon as I hit enter, it locks up and stops responding then goes back to normal about 30 secs later, or if I sign into Facebook it does the same, and even when I had the FF 5 Beta before I had to reinstall I never had a problem.

I managed to solve this problem as my computer has been giving me problems lately and completely froze on me the other day thanks to Game Booster Beta 3 and completely screwed with Windows 7 to the point I almost had to reinstall again, but I managed to fix all my problems and if you would just follow my link here over to my post on Seven Forums then it would be easier then explaining it again.

I had the same problem for days. I reset the phone bu holding down the home button and the on off switch together. Don't swipe to turn off. Just hold down the two buttons until phone switched off then wait a few seconds and switch it back on. I can't also use Facebook on safari which I was also having problems with. Hope it helps
