Cant sign on to my favorite website

I recently performed a recovery due to malware and unwanted add-on web browsers. I now cant sign onto a website for which I am a paid subscriber. I have tried all I know about security settings and all I can find in the PC database. I continualy get,"Internet
Explorer cannot display the web page" error/ I really hate the simple pass add on and would really like to delete it but also cant find out how to d this. Can you help please

i cant sign in to my apple id on my ipod touch 5g i am typing my apple id and password in right but it wont work? i tried resetting it on my ipod touch but it says i need an upper case letter??? i can sign in just fine on the website and itunes itself?? is there a way to change from lower case to upper case letters on my ipod touch 5g on the screen? cause all it shows is all upper case letters and when i enter my password it tells me its invalid when its not??

If you can't sign in, then you can't troubleshoot and/or pair the keyboard until after that........ so, for that, you will need to borrow someone's USB wired keyboard in order to get signed in and to the Keyboard Bluetooth Preferences.
