Cant't make bootcamp to make a partition in ntfs and not in fat

Hi, I started my bootcamp asistant, when I put continue, it ask me, how many "gb" I want to dedicate to windows. I do everything the assitant told me, but when I try to instal my windows 7 64 bit. It says to me that I have to use a partitioned "ntfs" space not a "fat" one. But i didn't find any part in my assitant that ask me wich kind of partition I want to do. Anyone can help me?

The Windows installer provides a formatter to use prior to installing Windows. You can use it to format the partition NTSF. If you don't know how to install Windows and format the drive, then read the Boot Camp documentation within the Boot Camp Assistant or post a query for assistance in the Windows Compatibility or Boot Camp forum.

Upgrade process has to execute from the server where message server is running.
So I guess it is not possible to initiate the SAP upgrade from application server.

How can I create system image of Win-7 only on drive with Win-7 (NTFS) and Win-ME (FAT-32) system partitions

I am trying to create a Windows 7 Image Backup on my Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit PC.
I have two bootable partitions on my hard drive. One is NTFS and contains the Win-7 system files.
The other is FAT-32 and contains a Windows-ME system.
When it comes to selecting the drives (partitions) for backing up, both are marked as System, and both are selected. Both are also "greyed out) - I cannot uncheck them.
Furthermore, the Windows-7 imaging utility supplied with Windows-7 returns an error saying it cannot image the disk because it contains a partition that is not NTFS.
How can I select and image ONLY the NTFS partition that contains the Win-7 system? That is what I want to do.

Script to make 'delete' file from system and not just library svp.

I would like something, possibly a script, to replace the delete option in iTunes so that a file deleted from within iTunes is actually deleted from the HDD. I have downloaded a script that can do this but the option ad to be called from the script menu and was not convenient, so I am looking for a way to amend or replace the menu option to achieve this in a natural fashion.

which is nice and informative. What I have found is that in order to delete files natively from within iTunes the default settings of keeping your music files in the iTunes music folder (which can be modified to another directory in iTune's preferences) must be left untouched. This is because iTunes will only delete files from the HDD if they reside in the music folder iTunes refences to. Its a nice structured system that iTunes itself keeps organised so its the better option, as oposed to having files everywhere.
In order to reset the iTunes dialog messages, the file "com.apple.iTunes.plist" in the "~/Library/Preferences/" dir must be deleted - which resets everything, as the documentation suggests you will know because the copyright agreement will launch when iTunes is started. Please make sure iTunes is off before deleting the file. The documentation also suggests deleting another file but I didn't do this and it worked for me.
However the ability to delete movies from the HDD is not an option from within iTunes, I suggest finding a script that will move all movies in a certain playlist to the recycle bin folder

Is the phone in a case? Try taking it out of the case. If that doesn't work, then your proximity sensor is broken. You'll need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation.

How can I make names appear on Messages and not numbers?

When I use Messages, instead of my conatcts's names all I get is their numbers. I have a second laptop (MacBook Air) and there I get the names correctly. I checked the configuration in Preferences to make sure it's the same. Still I can't figure it out. Anybody please?

I´m trying to make eNewsletter with iWeb. I think i make the right way, but maybe i´m making something wrong.
First: I make a new page with iWeb, insert hmtl of my images that are hosted in my server, i insert some text with some links... i save it... and i publish it on my server.
When i try to open on a web explorer (such as Safari, Firefox, etc...) i have the LINE 1 parse error. I use to solution it editing the html file and deleting the first line. Then, I can see now the website in all the web explorers. But I see that in Safari all the web is funny, but in Firefox all the images have a FRAME! Why?
Second. I use Safari->Send web by Mail->to some of my contacts. When the emails are received, some mail clients (such Mail, Entourage, Outlook...) received fine the newsletter. But the webmail based like Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo... received distorted all the newsletter. Somebody know why? Somebody can help me?
I have an enterprise and i need this function to give a good promotion for my products. I don´t have html knowledges, i´m not a programmer. And I think iWeb is a funny software to make my purpose, but I think the software has some bugs like i write here.

Why would make a voice recognition software and not give it the ability to unlock your iphone for you?

Seriously why would you make a voice recognition software on a phone that can't unlock your phone for you? That makes absolutly no sense. Maybe you should consider adding that feature in your next update.

Nothing is difficult for the person who doesn't have to do it or doesn't understand it. I would never use it on a device based on the current state of the art; it would be too easy to spoof. Keep in mind that Siri does not do speech recognition on the phone; it does it on Apple's (actually Nuance's) servers; it sends your input over a data connection to the server where the work is actually done, then the reply is sent back. Using the same technology for speaker identification would mean keeping a database of potentially 500 million users and being able to search it fast enough to unlock your phone. AND it would require a data connection. So you couldn't unlock your phone in Airplane mode, for example.
So that means that it would have to be able to recognize your voice entirely on the phone. I'm reasonably sure that's not what Samsung does; I suspect what they do is speaker independent recognition of your chosen passphrase, possibly taking into account tonality. Which means that anyone who heard you unlock your phone with a voice in the same pitch range as you could unlock it after stealing it. It also wouldn't work very well in a noisy environment.
I love Touch ID. It works perfectly almost every time, I don't have to say anything (which is a great convenience when using your phone in a meeting), and it's faster than speaking a phrase. And to use a voice password you would still have to push a button to wake the phone; on my 5S pushing the button wakes AND unlocks the phone. I don't have to say a thing.

Somehow downloads come down as Adobe Reader, not a PDF in Preview. How do I go back to Preview as the default download reader?

Select (but don't open) one of the downloaded PDF's and do Command+i to get info. Where it says 'Open with' choose Preview and click on the Change All.. button.

2nd superdrive makes both drives act wierd and not work..

Hi.. just got my mac pro. Installed Ram.. works, installed HD.. works. Installed 2nd superdrive DVD, and it wont won't work. Actually, neither of them will work. The tray's won't stay in, if I try to close them they pop out.
Neither of them will mount a DVD. I also hear a loud spinning sound when both are installed.
I removed the second drive, and the factory drive works fine without 2nd one installed.
Is there a fix>?

All ATA/EIDE devices have, for years, support the Cable Select, which is based on position on a chain, to designate which is master, and which slave. And Apple IDE cables have supported CS for a longer time.
The master device should only be the end device. Which has a black connector. The middle device should only be slave, and has gray. No confusion.
The older G4 MDD standardized use of Cable Select for optical and hard drives.
CS automatically insures master/slave and which drive responds to eject or option + eject.
