Cant take offline payment

I am in the process of setting up a new bc site.
Testing the system, i created a product with a price of 5.40.
Created a member.
Had that member buy the product by COD method.
The order shows in orders as it should on the backend invoice showing 5.40 total to pay.
Trying to make an offline payment shows there is nothing to pay..?
If i click enter current outstanding total, the system enteres "0"
If i manually enter 5.40 the system throws an error saying "you are trying to pay more than outstanding" or something simmilar.
This in turn won't allow the product to be downloaded by the member.
Why does the system beleive there is no ballance to pay..?

Not receiving secure PDF for offline payment

Hi all,
I've had a website running for the past few months that takes users details for offline payments during checkout. When I first set the site up (several months ago) everything seemed to come through fine. I could see the users details and had everything I needed to take payment.
However I have recently gone back into the site to make a few changes and have realised that I am no longer receiving the secure PDF for offline payment. I have set my new password, triple checked that my email is selected and have tried several times but still can't seem to find any user details that would allow me to take payment.
This is currently the only system I have in place as I am assessing whether or not there is enough traffic on the site to consider setting up a realtime payment portal but even as a temporary thing I would like to get this working.
Any information about this would be greatly appreciated!

I'll need you to submit a support ticket on this issue and specify which site this is occurring with as well as the email address that is not receiving the secure PDF. The support team will be able to investigate why this is occurring and get back to you with a solution.

This is Linda again. The new iPad actually as not restored on my employees computer. I thought it was working. Message said the device is in recovery mode and can not be restored. I have been at the Apple store for a total of 6 hours and on the phone with support for at least 4 hours. And now the replacement has crashed??? Has this happened to any one else?

I think the problem lays with Last.fm. I had the same exact problem as you. In your processes screen, end the task "lastfmhelper.exe" Last.fm still scrobbles. The tracks don't skip, although I notice there is still a bit of a lag in the first part of the song - but if you can deal with that, no skipping. I think you will have to end that task everytime you boot up your computer, or uninstall last.fm completely until they fix it; it is a bug in their software, as opposed to iTunes.

In program selection screen will be
1. Company Code
2. Document Number
3. Fiscal Year
and you can get the desire output according the data key in the document.

Group SAP in MSCS fail during take offline/bring online.

I have a problem with a SAP ECC 6.0 MSCS Windows 2003 64b+Oracle 10.2.0.4. Is recently installed and when I move the group SAP between the nodes, I have not problem, the group and yours resources take offline, they move and bring online in the other node without errors. But when I take offline and bring online the group SAP without move to the anothers node, the resource "SAP <SID> 00 instance" take the status Failed, and the resource "SAP <SID> service" take the status offline, the others resources of group take the status online. After of this errors, the group failed of the same way when I try to move to the another node.
The only workaround that resolve the errors, is to copy the kernel from the originally download (700 221 NOUNICODE) to the kernel of the sap instance.

I came across this situation before in Windows 2003 server. During the fail-over, sapstartsrv.exe get's corrupted and so you cannot bring back the cluster resources online. The only solution is to replace this one file and try to bring back the resources online. You will know its corrupted when you manually open the file sapstartsrv.exe.

Record Offline Payment Error

I thought I read this problem in an earlier discussion, but I can't seem to find it now - please feel free to point me to another thread if it's already been answered.
I'm having difficulty recording an offline payment on our orders. The payment was put through using the COD option, and the default status for the order set to "Awaiting payment". The idea is that we then accept the payment offline and log it against the order. But when I go to the Offline Payment section of the order i get the following issues:
For the Payment amount if I click "Insert current Total Price", 0 is inserted instead of the outstanding total.
If I enter the total price in manually, I get an error message saying "ERROR: You are paying more than the total outstanding amount. Payment not accepted."

For those who come across this, the answer is actually really simple. I spoke to a customer representative on live chat and here's what the problem was:
When the COD option was put through, a "Pending Cash" payment was logged against the order. To add another offline payment against the order, you first need to delete this payment. It's just a matter of hitting the "delete" option next to the pending cash payment in the Payments section of the order. Then, when the "Insert current Total Price" link is pressed in the Offline Payment section , it should insert the correct total.

The money you are spending is for iCloud storage. The warning you are getting is in reference to storage on the iPhone. You cannot increase the storage on the iPhone except to delete content on the device. If you want to take more pictures, you need to remove some content from the device to create room on the iPhone.
