    Maybe the movies aren't compatible. are they movies that you got from iTunes? If so, they should go on unless the software of your computer and your iPad are different... Agreed, more info would be helpful/necessary.

  • Transfer Movies from iPod to PC

    Ok, so my PC recently crashed, all my movies and songs going down with it. I had about 2000 songs and about 50 movies. All of the songs and movies are on my iPod right now, but how can i get them back on my PC in case my iPod Classic crashes?
    Thanks

    If they were bought from Apple then with the iPod connected to your computer's iTunes you should be able to do File > Transfer Purchases to copy them over. If they were not bought from Apple then have you not got a backup copy ? If not then you could try searching for a third-party program to copy them off

  • Transfer music from iPod to iMac

    Is there any way to transfer music files from my iPod classic to my new iMac computer.
    I lost my music on my last computer when it died.
    Not all the music was purchased from I-Tunes.

    You cannot transfer directly between devices.
    The music needs to be in itunes.  You can then sync it to any of your devices.

  • Cant buy movies from ipod?

    on my ipod touch, the "buy" and "rent" buttons for all movies looks deactivated and i cant press them so i cant buy or rent movies onto my ipod touch directly from it. I can buy all other video content though. does anyone know what the problem is?

    Parental restrictions can limit movie downloads altogether or restrict certain ratings.
    Check Settings-> General -> Restrictions and see if the iTunes Store restrictions are on. If they are, scroll down to see what's allowed/not allowed.

  • How do i transfer movies from ATV 3rd gen to iMac?

    how do i transfer movies from ATV 3rd gen to iMac? help!

    You don't - AppleTV 3 store nothing.
    Instead (assuming th efeature is available in your country), you download from the internet in iTunes.
    Either on the iTunes store home page or in the Movies category you should find Purchased Quicklinks on the right side of the screen - redownload movies there.  Set download quality in iTunes Preferences.

    Can I transfer movies from my MacBook to my iPod Touch 5th gen?

    Yes. Import them into the iTunes library, converting them to MPEG-4 first if needed, and sync the iPod touch.

  • I would like to transfer movies from my Mac (avi format) to ipad2 which I think supports MP4 files. How do I transfer.

    I would like to transfer movies from my Mac (avi format) to ipad2 which I think supports MP4 files. How do I transfer. There are so many softwares available on the web but none that can be downloaded on to the iMAC.
    Please Help

    iPad Supported Video Formats & Movie Formats
    H.264 video up to 1080p, 30 frames per second, High Profile level 4.1 with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats;
    MPEG-4 video up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps per channel, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats;
    Motion JPEG (M-JPEG) up to 35 Mbps, 1280 by 720 pixels, 30 frames per second, audio in ulaw, PCM stereo audio in .avi file format
    You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
    Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov).
    Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import.

  • Transferring movies from iPod to mac

    how do i transfer movies from my ipod T to my mac.

    Sync the ipod to the computer and make sure to click on transfer purchases and DO NOT DISCONNECT ANYTIME either by quitting out of itunes or disconnecting the ipod DURING THE SYNC or else you will lose the movies and not have a chance to get the movies back for free. You do have the oppurtunity to purchase the movies again at full price. Hopefully that changes soon but I am not getting my hopes up. Good luck
