Cant update billing address?
I have been trying to update my billing address so I can use my Itunes account, nothing seems to be working I have tried doing it every single way and I get different errors such as the zip code being invalid to your update has been processed but it still shows the same old address not the new. Any suggestions to what I should do? Thanks
You have to contact support and after about 5 days they was able to fix whatever the issue was.

Cant update billing info for itunes
When I try to update my billing information for itunes it keeps saying incorrect security code. Im reading it right off the car so I know that it cannot be incorrect is there anyway for an agent to get this updated for me?
Not sure if this helps .. but it appears that whenever Adobe's payment processing backend has some internal issues, it puts the subscribers into some HELL. The only way I found it to be working is - call the customer support from your country, and speak to a CSE.
The same incident happened to me this month. Subscription failed warnings, and Email alerts. I logged into my account, but could not update credit card details. When I tried adding another card, it throwed errors. So I called the local Adobe Customer support, and gone through the painful IVR thing. But at the end I was able to reach a CSE and he helped in fixing the issue.
The Solution:
Call Adobe Customer Support.

PS : It is pathetic that Adobe's payment processing is not upto the quality, and recent breaches has made the life of subscribers bad. I really love those old Retail boxes. I never had any billing issues. -
Let’s face it – on a scale of zero to tedious, moving house would have to score a perfect ten!
If you’re anything like me, after hastily packing up your (way too many) belongings in pre-categorised boxes, cancelling the paper, organising removalists and then falling in a heap, the last thing you feel like doing is changing your billing address with your Service Provider...
I mean even once you arrive at your new place, usually you’re way too busy living in your little fortress of unpacked boxes...You may even start to wonder if ‘relocation denial’ is some kind of real and diagnosable condition (!)
So, let me make updating your billing address with Telstra that little bit more straightforward.
· Firstly, you’ll just need to ensure you are registered for My Account
If you aren’t already signed up, you can do so here.
· Once registered, you can then login with your Username and Password:
· When you have entered your Main Details screen, hover over the My Account tab (top centre menu,
shaded light blue) and then click on Billing, which is the second option down.
· You will then see a menu on the left hand side of your screen, with an option to Update Billing
Address about 2/3 down the list.
· Click on this link and then just simply overwrite your old address details with your new address and hit
NEXT. Once you’ve confirmed the details are correct, just hit SUBMIT.
Snap. It’s done – your next invoice will be sent to your new address!! If not, let us know and we'll close the loop
THE FINE PRINT...Please just note that if you are amending your details 1-2 days before your next invoice is due to be sent, the change may not take effect until your following invoice. Likewise, if your current invoice was issued a week or so beforehand and is still yet to be received in the post, you may still need to retrieve it from your old address, or through Mail forwarding.
So that’s pretty much it from me...All that’s left now is to wish you good luck with your new neighbours...oh and also, you might eventually need to unpack those boxes!

When clicking on update my billing adress it redirects you to a page that says "You could not be logged in to Online Billing.
There may be a temporary problem, or part of the system may be unavailable due to regular maintenance. Please try again later. "
this hs been constant the last 3 days. any advice would be great -
my credit card was stolen,since i cncelled and waiting for a replacement i cant update any apps or dl any apps because the billing info says its incorrect now,how can i update and dl while waiting for my new card?
It would be best for you to open iTunes, sign in and view your account. If all the purchases were paid already instead of entering your new card information, it will give you an option for "NONE" as a payment method. Again this is not applicable of you have a pending charges with iTUnes

Hi, I'm trying to order a photo album through IPhoto, my billing address is in the UK but I'd like the book to be sent to an address in the US. Step 3 says enter shipping address, I go to enter new address and the only country it offers is the UK, I cant change the shipping address to US.
Go to File / Provide Feedback and tell Apple that you want this enhancement in their product.

You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the Store of that Country...

what should i do? apple support center is really bad for unplanned situations.Apple doesn't have an e-mail address. Unfortunately you'll have to resort to snail mail, for anything that can't be answered by phone or the website.

There is no "europe" or "EU" iTunes Store. You'll need to first make sure that you're connected to the iTunes Store of the country you now live in. For iTunes on a computer, go to the iTunes Store page and see if the flag icon correctly reflects your country, If not, click the icon and select the correct country. Then see this support article:

Note that if you are using a credit card, that credit card must have been issued by a bank in your new country. You cannot use a credit card issued in another country even if the billing address is changed to your new country.

Maek sure the Security Code is correct. iTunes Store: My credit card's security code or zip code does not match my bank's records
Billing policy is the same for both the iTunes and Mac App Stores.
Also, if by chance you changed the App Store country, be aware that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside. -
I keep getting a warning in red letters on my itunes account every time i try to update my personal billing info such as address or credit card info. I am currently attempting to update my address to match my credit card info and I keep getting this warning alert and cannot update my account.
<Personal Information Edited by Host>Man, that isn't cool. Seems like a loop error of some sort. No matter though, we can circumvent that by contacting iTunes directly through their Support. You will want to use Express Lane first to contact iTunes Store Support via email or chat (if available).
You can also call AppleCare (1-800-MYAPPLE) to assist if Express Lane is either down or you do not get a response in 24-48 hours. Make sure you inform them if you tried to use Express Lane and got no response or if it is down. They have direct chat access if the need arises. -

The card got declined on September 18th, please contact bank to get the exact reason. The billing details that we have is messaged to you, please confirm the address ,
The CC is suspended as of now.
