Cant update creative cloud trial versions
I had installed creative cloud and decided to try out illustrator and indesign. i however had to do a system resore shortly after. i have reinstalled creative cloud but cant re access the files i had created or re install the illustrator or indesign

Yes, you will be able to save the work in Trial version, you get all the features of a Full verison for 30 days. Once you past 30 days, you can activate the software by buying them and keep using.

Error 85 when trying to update Creative Cloud
Hi, I get the error code 85 when trying to update Creative Cloud. The download fails at 43%. I can't do anything else if I don't update first, from what I see. I just want to access the App tab to download the trial of Illustrator. I had already installed Creative Cloud and Flash. Why can't I skip the update and report it for later?

If you are still having the issue. You can try reinstalling the Creative Cloud app using the Adobe Clean tool

Make sure that you have the updated CC app installed and that you are logged in as an administrator. Which OS are you using? You don't to install the applications updates as it should launch.

I'm wondering if I'm having the same issue. When I try to launch the Creative Cloud app, the app appears to launch, but the main area is white.
I am running Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit - all updates are applied.
Here are some things I've tried:
I've tried restarting my computer.
Disabling my firewall/antivirus (Avast)
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app. -
Hi I have joined the Creative Cloud on the 30day trial and have installed some apps on my main computer which seem to work fine. I am now trying it out on my laptop. I have downloaded the application manager and installed photoshop and indesign. Now when I open either of these on my laptop it shows a window giving the option of 'license' or 'start trial', then when I hit 'start trial' it just returns to the same window. I am signed in. And the programs are not open on my other computer. I understood the creative cloud could be used on two devices but it seems I cant? Please help!!

Although you are using the trial instead of actually having purchased, I was wondering if the behavior you were experiencing on the second computer might be related to what is described in this document

You might check if the option to install becomes available again if you change the install language to English (International), if so, try reinstalling the products and see it resolves the issue.

Why did Photoshop dissapeared from list of updates after updating Creative Cloud?

Seeking help for the following situation:
July 14, 2013 Creative Cloud on my PC is listing the following applications that need to be updated:
Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Fireworks and Photoshop.
I updated Dreamweaver, Flash Professional and Fireworks.
I did not update Photoshop as I had run out of time and had to turn off my PC.
July 15, 2013. I start my PC and get notification that Creative Cloud has an update.
I updated Creative Cloud. Got error message that installation was not successful then try again and it was successful.
My problem: Photoshop is not listed any more as to be updated. What happened?
My app version: Photoshop CS6 Extended 13.1.2 x64
How to I contact some one at Adobe for help and support on this.

If you are using PS CS6 version 13.1.2 then you are up to date with the latest update for Photoshop CS6 -- http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2011/03/keeping-photoshop-up-to-date.html
The main other update that it could have been was the Camera Raw update, it's possible that also downloaded and installed.
You could check your ACR (adobe camera raw) version to make sure it's the latest -- 8.1.

What you're seeing with the CC application could be showing accurate information.

Creative Cloud Trial: Photoshop asking for serial
Hi there,
I've applied for the Creative Cloud Trial, I want to test it out before committing to it for our organization.
Every time i try and access CS6 it asks for a serial number and I can't use it.

Software activation work some Creative Cloud membership programs like Dreamwiever ( start program -> login Adobe account to get softeware activation ) and some not.. ( Photoshop & Acrobar X Pro )
Adobe Acrobat X Pro and Photoshop ask login Adobe Id, after that its try to activate software on Adobe.. After about 30 second, program just start to ask serial number.. look like Adobe cloud server fail to give correct serial number ?
Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat X Pro are latest version ( dowloaded direclty on Creative Cloud membership program downloader )
Why some Creative Cloud membership programs get activation code right away on Adobe and some programs just keep going to Trial mode after Adobe server file to give access to use program ?
How can i activate correclty all Creative Cloud membership programs ? Now Adobe server fail to give programs licence access to start and just turn program to trial mode and ask serial number.
Windows 7 ( fin ), 64-bit. There is nothing to do on Host file if some activation work alrady.. -

updating CreativeCloud error: Updating Creative Cloud Desktop failed. ( Error code : 2 ) . Someone can help me ?
For error code 50 :
Open task manager and Quit all Adobe processes, including Creative Cloud and Coresync.
Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Delete Adobe application manager and OOBE folders
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe
Delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder ( if you are getting any error try to rename it to adobe creative cloud old
Then try to reinstall Creative Cloud App

Cant install Creativ cloud for desktop
Im starting to get really annoyed.
I have searched every forum and tried everything.
I have renamed oobe folder, shut down computer and so on.
It has been worked perfectly until now. I was gone 2 weeks and when i get back it says there is an update for creative cloud desktop
i press the button the download it, but in the middle it says, creative cloud dekstop cant install
i have a win 7Everytime creative cloud starts or i want to update a software or get some fonts it says thats an update is needed. If i choose not to update, creative cloud app closes
