Cant use Blackberry 8300 in Bangladesh

Hi,
I m from bangladesh. I have buy a blackberry-8300 mobile from Dubai and i have use it n there. when i back on bangladesh and insert the Bangladeshi SIM card into the mobile, i cant use it. as because when i insert the Bangladeshi SIM card into the mobile and power on, its give a message as "Insert SIM card". and then i can browse all of the menu. But cant make any call.
Here i have to mention that, when i insert the SIM, which i use in dubai then the Mobile is behave normally.
Can u please give me the proper procedure to make the solution of this problem?

BlackBerry built carrier specific devices. Almost every carrier have these device locked to network. Meaning a device from one carrier won't work in other network/country. What you're face after inserting SIM is the reason of that. You can purchase unlock codes from GSM Phone Source or Unlock BlackBerry. But again carriers follow a policy where you can have BlackBerry services only if you avail their bundled package. Moreover, if your carrier is not allowed to have a specific device from RIM and you purchase an unlocked device from else where and somehow you become able to use then your carrier will not be able to provide after sales support for that particular device as they don't have it in their portfolio.

Need Help! Blackberry 8300 Keyboard Locked-up

Need Help! Blackberry 8300 keyboard locked-up. Trackball can scroll but cannot activate programs. Cannot use keys to answer phone, activate programs, etc. I have taken battery out to reboot/reset but no luck. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What version of iTunes is on the computer?
You may need iTunes 10.5 or later. That requires OSX 10.5.8 or later.
You will also have to place the iPod in Recovery mode in order to allow you to restore the iPod.

Ive tried to use places on fb but it dsnt give me the option. on share my location with facebook the writings grey and its not available. ive tried upgrading the fb but it says my device isnt compatible or smthn like that. i have a 8520 curve, everyone else i know who has the same phone and network 02 can use theirs and its frustrating that i cant use something simple on it. do i need to go so far as to take it back to the store i bought it? ive had it & months. please does anyone know what i can do????

Blackberry 8300 on 02 email HELP

I have a blackberry 8300 curve on 02 in the UK which i purchased from ebay, i tried to set up my email which is gmail but cant set it up as it keeps asking for a pin i tried to register on the 02 website but its already registered what do i do, also does this phone have wireless access

Sounds like it's still registered under the original owner's name. Can you contact the original owner so that they so that they can contact the carrier to release the PIN. Afterwards you'll be able to register it with your carrier.

Memory OS 4.5 in BlackBerry 8300

we are having a blackberry 8300, i know that the internal memory of 8300 is 64MB, and i am hainvg BlackBerry Opeerating system 4.5 installed in the mobile. i want to know how much part memory of 64MB is occupied by OS 4.5
In simple words, the OS 4.5 when loaded in the 8300 how much memory does it occupy if 64MB.

I don't recall the exact amount but when you use loader.exe to load it, it will show the amount being used at the bottom of the list of applications before being installed.

Cant find BlackBerry App World OR Rss Social Feeds

Hi,
I have Black Berry Bold 9700, with BB OS 5, but i have updated with BB OS 6. everything works fine, and i haven't see any error.
I cannot see anything in application center, when i try to update it gives me a 404 error.
Now i cant find BlackBerry App World and Rss Social Feeds, did someone have this issue?

The first thing to do is to look in your Applications list and see if either AppWorld or Social Feeds are there. (In OS 5, it's Options>Applications from your homescreen. In OS 6, it's Options>Device>Application Management from your homescreen.) If they are, delete them both using the menu key and selecting Delete.
Next, plug your phone into your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software. Click Applications in the left column and look for both applications in the list. If you've deleted both of them as I suggested, there should be a '+' sign beside each. Click that to add them and click Apply at the bottom of the software. That will reload both of them to your phone, including icons so you can find them easily.

Cant see my airplay icon, cant use my remote app on either of my devices

I have the gen 3 apple TV and somehow i can no longer airplay, from my mac book pro, ipad, ipad mini or iphone. It used to work on all of my devices and now I cant see the icon.
When I open my remote app it tells me that I have to turn on Home sharing on my itunes or apple tv. It is turned on, on all of my devices.
I have been trying to trouble shoot this issue (all of my devices have the latest updates) and I still cant use my remote or air play
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I was able to fix the issue by unpluging the apple tv, router, and modem all for about 2-3 minutes and then replugging them in

It’s a scenario no one wants to encounter but here’s a quick overview how you can help locate your BlackBerry 10 smartphone using BlackBerry Protect if you can’t find it.

Step 1 – Enable BlackBerry Protect and turn on Location Services
To locate your smartphone you must enable BlackBerry Protect and turn on Location Services.
After you turn on Location Services, your smartphone only sends its location information when you request it through the BlackBerry Protect website, or when your battery power is low.
Swipe down from the top of the screen
Tap  Settings > BlackBerry Protect
Set the BlackBerry Protect switch to On
Tap Location Services
Set the Location Services switch to On
Tap  Back to save your change
Step 2 – Log in to the BlackBerry Protect website
After you enable BlackBerry Protect and turn on Location Services, complete the following steps to view the location of your smartphone on a map.
Log in to the BlackBerry Protect website located at http://protect.blackberry.com
Click View Location
BlackBerry Protect will attempt to locate your smartphone
If your smartphone can be located, a map appears similar to the following showing the approximate location:
If you still can’t find your smartphone at the reported location, use the Play Sound option within the BlackBerry Protect website. This option makes your smartphone ring loudly for one minute as well as activating the Loud profile.

How do I transfer an app from itunes my pc to my iphone 4s? I cant use wifi as my chip fried at the last update

How can I transfer an App purchased on iTunes on my pc to my iPhone 4s. I have tried synching but this does not make the app appear on my iPhone. I cant use wifi as my chip was fried on the latest update.

When you tried syncing, did you connect the phone, then click on the phone icon near the top left of iTunes, then click on Apps under Settings in the sidebar, then find the app in question and click the Install button beside it before clicking Sync at the bottom right?

Someone help me with the problem i have. I cant log in into my iMessage in my iPad mini using the same account i am using in my iPhone. I checked the spelling of the password and username they are all correct but still i cant use it on iMessage. Somebody help me. Thanks

Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Just enter your existing details, don't try creating a new account.

I have follow trouble shooting , they recommend to go system preference -> display , thus can find out the mirroring icon if no mean it doesnt support. But according to the web, Early 2011 MBP should be able to use, dunno why.

Just realise I havent updated my OS to mountain lion and this is the reason why I cannot use mirroring before ^^

Please follow these directions to delete the Mail "sandbox" folder.
Back up all data.
Triple-click the line below to select it:

Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open with a folder named "com.apple.mail" selected. If it does, move the selected folder — not just its contents — to the Desktop. Leave the Finder window open for now.
Quit and relaunch Mail, and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to recreate some of your Mail settings. You can then delete the folder you moved and close the Finder window. If you still have the problem, quit Mail again and put the folder back where it was, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Post your results.
Caution: If you change any of the contents of the sandbox, but leave the folder itself in place, Mail may crash or not launch at all. Deleting the whole sandbox will cause it to be rebuilt automatically.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C). In the Finder, select
